Whether it's the new one or the old one I don't get why the show needs a narrator. Narration is mostly a very unnecessary interruption. People should be able to feel the nostalgia by themselves rather than being spelled out "Ye un dino ki baat hai" everytime. At the end of the day its not documentary. And about what the characters are feeling we should be able to get that via their acting and their monologues. Since narration is from Naina's PoV other central characters don't get their monologues or us a view to get inside their heads. For starting month the narration theme can be understood but in a long term it's better to halt it.

Not need but this is something which makes the show different from others. It's pleasing. It connects us more to the show to the 90s.

I think narration is needed bcz it's not present story its a flashback story which is told by naina 30 years later. But I find the present voice is irritating previous voice was really heart touching and emotional

I also feel that the narration is needed because they are presenting this as a story of Naina's past from her perspective...I really enjoy that and I agree Sadia Sidiqui was very good at her narration...she needs to come back soon😊

ohhh...what what happended to Sadia Sidiqui..?

i felt latest epi was of diff voice but not payed much attention ...so its not her ...if it so then she has to return soon ...very badly missing her voice 😕

in the beginning i felt the voice irriting but moving on i liked the voice of Sadia Sidiqui ..and with that feeling deeper of nanina''s emotions ...the narration is needed

Narration is plus point of the show ... the way she says .. i have those shoes with me till now.. etc, its so cute ..

As Naina remembers her crush , it takes us all down the memory lane ..

I like the narrator too. Narrator makes the serious scenes funny and cute. Like when Naina was about to hit Sameer with her bike and narrator told "chot laag jaati to." 😆. Then when Sameer was found guilty and Naina told the principal and the narrator said "uske baad tufaan aya."😆. Later when Sameer came with the bike and make noises around Naina and narrator said "at that time all who had bikes used to show their angers by using their bikes...I was laughing like hell. Yeah ! All the bike owners used to think they are Salman Khan. 😆 If there was no narrator and funny comments I don't think I could laugh in those serious scenes.

I like the concept of Narrator.

She is the link between the present and the past. And not to forget the story is told from Naina's POV mostly.

In most tough situations and sad scenes, she makes them feel light and fills it with a sense of humor.

A request to Sony, please bring back Sadiya.

No offence to the new Narrator, but Sadiya kept it more lively and humorous.

narrator is needed so that who did not born during 80's and 90's and those who r very small during 90 's can understand what is serial about .if there is no narrator then those who r not born during 80 and 90 and those who r very small or just born during 90,cannot understand serial .it is will be very difficult for those to understand serial those who born since 2000 if there is no narrator hence narrator is require

narrator voice is needed here why because naina is sharing her life story that mean that is nt present , to be honest that narrator voice give feeling of 90's
