How many of you all liked Pihu’s chr in her introductory days ?
How many visualised her as ishra’s daughter in those days ?
Personally speaking .
I despised that chr .
If Raman was living with pihu as her akhri Nishani or ishra’s Ansh then Raman would have definitely named her similar to iISHITA .
Infact all couples decide on their child’s name before conception itself .
Did shagun n Raman decide on pihu’s name ?
Cause of the crappy way Raman was behaving post ivf n shagz ‘ cravings .
Asif it was shagun’s baby that she was carrying .
Raman may have loved ishu immensely .
But he loved his children more .
Adi’s killing n Raman continuing to love ishu was what confirmed that Raman loved ishu more than his children .
His state post Ruhi’s supposed death was different .
Raman was more of a possessive dad.
An authoritative husband .
He believed that pihu was his sole creation .
That’s why signs of ishu being pihu’s mom were hidden from her n the whole family who were financially dependent on Raman abided by it .
N I believe that mrs Iyer was portrayed as the worst post leap .
The scenario was perfect for pihu to be portrayed as an unlovable chr .
Unlike kiddo ruhi .
Pihu always got on my nerves. I couldn't believe both Pihu and Ruhi were played by the same actor. Hats off to Ruhanika for playing two so different characters and getting different reactions for both. I can still never wrap my head around the fact that Raman and Shagun pretended to be husband and wife for seven years for Pihu. Like what? Shagun even wore sindhoor and magalsutra?!?! I mean if Ishita wouldn't have returned, were they just gonna do this their whole life? And then on Pihu's 18th birthday reveal that they are not actually husband-wife? That is so insulting to Ishita as a wife and mother! And did Pihu not have a right to know whose daughter she was? That kid could watch daily soaps and understand the leads' multiple marriages and scheming and plotting of vamps, then would she not understand that her real biological mother is dead? She still could have had a mother figure in Shagun or in any other woman of the household, her bua, daadi, chitti, periamma, pati, etc. The way Ishita's memory was completely erased from that house was a testament enough for me of how much the Bhallas loved Ishita. Maybe they loved her for what she did for the house but they didn't love her unconditionally ever throughout the show as Ishita loved them. Raman's behavior during surrogacy and after the leap made me think time and again that he didn't bring Pihu in the world for Ishita, but rather for himself.
