Everyone was stunned when ishita said it's okay you can stay at Shagun mumma's place for a night, even she is your mom, which means, Ishita really doesn't like to send Ruhi to Shagun's place to stay overnight.

Ruhi was also hesistant to tell Ishita, she thought maybe Ishita was sad that she stayed overnight there, yaha toh, Ishita said she don't even know that ruhi was not at home last night.
