They have not shown us, but there would be many difficulties when doing daily chores of an adult paralyzed man.

Obviously ishita would be helping raman in his daily chores. From helping him to the washroom, bathing, dressing him, everything. She alone is dealing with his real difficulties. And even for raman, his real difficulties are coming forward mostly in front of Ishita. They are not stressing on those parts, but they are the real issues.

He must have felt terrible to see Ishita going through all these. He must have felt bad for seeing her getting troubled because of him.

Yet, he would have noticed that love and care she has for him, that dedication in being careful with him.

Even a paid helper can do these, but trust me I've seen them, they have no love written on their faces. They keep a disgusted face for their fate.

They have not shown a helper for raman till now. We can easily assume that ishita is helping him with his daily chores. She won't make faces. She handles himwith love, care and dedication. She would take care of him like her baby.

Puttar would have fell in love with her all over again😳

They can concentrate on such things. Instead tbey are making raman and audience both depressed.
