PART 26

All were waiting outside the chemotherapy room while Ishita was being treated inside.

Raman was just looking at the door waiting for someone to come out and inform them about Ishita,but noone was coming.

Raman-kitna time lag raha hai,it's more then three hours,Ishita itni der se ander hai .yeh log Kya kar rahe hai??he was saying feeling restless when toshiji came to him and said-dont worry,puttar.ishita thik hogi.

Raman kept his head on her shoulder and said-i want to see her.i want to comfort her in pain,main puchun ki main ander jaa sakta hoon Kya??

Mr bhalla-wait for sometime,koi naa koi aata hi hoga.he was saying when the doctor came out.

All went to him and asked about Ishita.

Doc-she is fine,her treatment is started.with God grace everything will be fine,very soon she will be shifted to the room,then u all can see her,but only one can stay with her.and feed her something very light,most probably liquid only.saying so he was going when Raman asked-she is fine naa,I mean she is having pain.

Doc-i know u r worried for her and to be true it's not wrong .yes ,she is in pain and need so much of love and care to be ok.we r doing our best,rest is upon u people.ur love will give her strength to overcome the pain .

Raman-we will try our best,will love her alot .he said and the doctor went.

After half an hour,Ishita was shifted to the room.she was in semiconscious state.her scars were bandaged and she was laying on the bed when all entered her room.

She look at them and smiled slightly.all went to her and talk to her little caressing her ,checking her while her eyes was on Raman who was standing at the entrance waiting for his chance .she called him to her with her hand .

Raman walked to her and softly kissed her temple ,she closed her eyes and he asked-dard ho raha hai??

She nodded in yes slowly.

Raman-dont worry,everything will be fine soon.

Ishita-i know,jab tak aap saath hai kuch nahi hoga mujhe.aap hone nahi denge.

Raman-ofcourse,main apni jaan ko kuch nahi hone dunga.

Ishita-bhookh lagi hai .

Raman-what u will eat??

Raman-soup.

Ishita-tomato soup.

Toshiji-main abhi Ghar jaa kar bana Kar laati hoon.kuch aur khane ka mann hai.

Ishita-lassi.

Raman-yeh kaisa combination hai weird saa??

Ishita-main weird hi hoon.she said smiling .

Amma-dont worry ,kanna.hum sab chalte hai,thodi der mein tum dono ke liye khana bhejte hai.

Toshiji-haan let's go.raman,what u will eat??

Raman -anything but light.he said and all went leaving ishra alone.

Raman settled next to Ishita and said-now u rest ,I am here only.

Ishita snuggled more into him and said -its paining ,Raman.bahut dard kar raha hai ,can't even rest.

Raman-sorry I can't help u in anyway in this pain but can do anything u want.bolo ,what can I do to make u feel better.

Ishita-dont know,bahut restlessness ho rahi hai.cant even talk properly.

Raman-then stop talking,just come close to me.i will make u sleep.he said and she snuggled more into him.

He started patting her slowly while she was turning her face here and there feeling the pain.raman was worried seeing her condition and said-u wait here,I am coming.

Ishita-kahan jaa rahe hai??

Raman-nowhere,just going to doctor.asking him whether he can help u in this or not,koi painkiller de dein,toh kaam ban jayega.he said and went .

After a while ,a nurse came with an injection .

Raman-u will sleep comfortably after this.

Ishita-i don't wanna sleep now,I want to talk to u aur mujhe bhookh bhi lagi hai.

Nurse-ok,then call me when u wanna rest,I will give u this painkiller .she said and went leaving ishra.

Raman again settled next to her and said-jaldi se achchi ho jao ,then we have to live a very beautiful life together.

Ishita-haan Raman,main bhi bahut jaldi achchi hona chahti hoon.hamesha aapke kareeb,bahut kareeb rehna chahti hoon.

Raman-u r already very near to me.he said and kissed her temple.

They sat together for very long feeling contented with each other's presence.

They were lost in each other when someone knocked the door.

Raman went to check and saw his father with the lunch boxes.

Raman-arey papa,aap kyun aaye.driver ke haath se bhej dete.

Mr bhalla-nahi,aise kaise.i wanted to spend sometime with u two ,specially with my Ishita puttar.bahut din ho gaye humne baat nahi ki,naa puttar.

Ishita -haan papa ji.u know maa-papa were the biggest support for me during ur absence.yeh dono hamesha mujhe guide karte the ,Meri har insult sahi inn logon ne,aur meri har galti ko sudhara.i owe my life to them,they r indeed my parent.

Mr bhalla-achcha bahut ho gayi tareef,now let's eat .he said and all settled to have food.

Raman served food for them all and start feeding Ishita.

Ishita was happily enjoying their company and slept after having her food.

Slowly time started passing,appa couldn't stay there for long ,so he went back to India promising Ishita to be back soon while bhallas and Amma stayed back with Ishita.

Ishita's treatment was going on and slowly she started recovering from the disease.

Though Ishita always try hard to be strong but many times she became weak and broke down in tears fearing what if her disease never cured.in those hard time only Raman can handle her with his love and care.

Two months passed like this and finally Ishita got discharged.though she hadn't recovered fully but was discharged as she don't want to stay in hospital any longer,so after much

Raman bring Ishita home picking her in his arms when toshiji stopped them.

Raman-what happened, maa??

Toshiji-arey aarti toh uttar loon apne bete-bahu ki.aakhir itne din baad meri bachchi ghar aa rahi hai.she said and did the aarti .

Ishita smiled fully as finally she was entering her house with Raman while her mother in law was welcoming her.

Toshiji put tika on ishita's forehead and kissed her forehead while Amma was happy seeing her daughter getting so much love from her in laws .

Raman took her inside and make her sit on the couch.

Raman-ab aaram se raho,it's our house.haan hospital jaana padega beech beech mein ,but everything is getting fine.

Ishita-haan Raman,sab thik ho raha hai .main bhi ,mera chehra bhi.aapko lagta hai mera chehra pehle ki tarah ho jaayega .

Raman-ofcourse,infact pehle se bhi khoobsurat ho jaayega,hamare pyaar ka rang joh hoga saath mein.he said smiling making her smile too.

Ishita-haan woh toh hoga hi.after all u have loved me so much in these two months.though we didn't consummated our relationship but the way u loved me,cared for me,supported me ,speaks about ur love for me.main hamesha sochti thi ki aap bahut lucky hai ki main aapse itna pyaar karti hoon ,but the truth is ki main lucky hoon ki aap meri Zindagi mein hai,infact aap meri zindagi hai ,Raman .she said smiling keeping her head on his chest.

Raman kissed her cheek and said-aur tum meri.chalo tumhe kamre mein le chalun.

Ishita-yes,I was really tired of being in hospital.glad we came home,main thik ho rahi hoon naa ,Raman.

Raman-ofcourse jaan,see ur patches r clearing ,ur face is getting clear.ur body must be also undergoing change,tumhe toh pata chal raha hoga.

Ishita-haan pata chal raha hai,bas main thoda darr jaati hoon.

Raman-dont worry ,ab kuch nahi hoga.hum saath mil kar saari problem solve Kar lenge.he said and took Ishita to their room while she was also relieved coming home after two long months.
