Raman was sitting in the bar drinking his nth drink looking at ishita's picture when his phone rang.
He picked it and said -haan maa, busy hoon main. Will call u afterwards.
Toshiji -jhooth mat bol, I know u r in bar. Please ghar aa jaa, puttar. It's very late, please ghar aa jaa.
Raman -mera ghar toh woh tod kar chali gayi, maa. Mere paas ghar kahan main. I am all alone, homeless. Kuch nahi choda mere paas, barbaad kar diya mujhe. Maar diya mujhe, kyun aisa kiya mere saath, maa. I loved her more then my life and she took away my life. Why she did so. He said crying making Toshiji cry too.
Toshiji -please puttar, bhool jaa usse. Woh teri nahi thi, she was here just to hurt u, just to betray u. Bhool jaa usse.
Raman -roz koshish karta hoon, maa. Hosh khone tak usse bhoolne ki koshish karta hoon, par hosh kho deta hoon, usse nahi bhool paata. Itna pyaar kiya Maine usse, khud se bhi jyada chaha. Usne kyun kiya mere saath aisa, maa.
Toshiji -kyunki usse tere pyaar ki kadar nahi thi, usse bas tere paise chahiye the. Joh usse mil gaye and now she must be happy somewhere. Tu kyun uske liye khud ko jala raha hai. Bhool jaa usse, puttar. Aur ghar aaja.
Raman -aata hoon thodi der mein, he said and hung the phone. Toshiji cried thinking about raman's pain and curses ishita for long.
On the other hand, Raman continued drinking seeing her only pic he had, caressing it softly while tears made way down his cheek.
Raman -tumhe pata hai jitna pyaar tumhe kiya tha utna kisi se bhi nahi kiya tha maine, aur tum kaise dhokha bhi kisi ne nahi diya mujhe. Everyday I try to forget u but nahi bhool paata, naa tumhe, naa tumhare dhokhe ko. Ek saal ho gaya tumhe mujhe chod kar gaye hue, yaa kahij mujhe dhokha de kar gaye but Aaj tak uss dhokhe se ubar nahi paaya. I couldnt sleep for even a day peacefully since u left. Kyun kiya mere saath aisa, ishita. Kyun kiya, mujhe kuch nahi chahiye, bas itna jawaab de do ki kya kami thi mere pyaar mein joh tumne mujhe itna bada dhokha diya. He said when his phone rang again. He look at the watch and get up paying the bill. He walked out of the bar with trembling steps and driver drove towards bhalla mansion. He pass out till he reach his mansion and helps took him to his room. Toshiji was looking at him, crying on his fate cursing ishita and finally went to sleeping ending another unfateful day in their life.
It has been an year since the incident. At first raman was under the state of shock and wasn't ready to believe that ishita actually cheated on him. Slowly he realised but stopped talking to everyone. He became a rude person who never smiles.he use to work hard all day trying to forget ishita and then in evening, he drink till he pass out. Every night, he came home fully drunk hanging on helps shoulder making Toshiji curse ishita with all her hatred.
Everyday toshiji tries to make raman understand to move on in life but he wasn't ready to move ahead in life. He just wanted to remain in ishita's memories hating her for cheating him.
It was a usual day in Raman's life, he was sitting in the bar having his drink slowly when his phone rang. He knew who will call him at this time and said picking it -will be home soon, maa.
Ravi -maa nahi raman, tera yaar Ravi bol raha hoon.
Raman took few minutes to recognise who is he and then said -hi Ravi, how r u??
Ravi -i am very good and happy too. Tere yaar ko shaadi ho rahi hai. Aur tumhe aana hai.
Raman -congrats yaar, matarani tujhe saari khushiyan de. But sorry yaar, I can't come. U enjoy.
Ravi -aise kaise, u have to come.tere yaar ko shaadi hai, I know hum 6 saal se nahi mile, but bahut mushkil se tera number khoja hai,aa jaa naa yaar.
Raman -nahi yaar, sorry, I can't come.
Ravi -aa naa. Mere liye thoda khush ho jaana. Itni sundar ladki mili hai naa, ki tu bhi jealous ho jayega mujhse. Photo nahi khinchwati, sharmati hai, warna pic bhejta apni ishita ki. He said making Raman shocked.
Raman -kiski??
Ravi -meri ishita ki, meri hone wali wife. Itni khoobsurat hai ki kya bolun. Tu khud aa kar dekh le.
Raman -photo hai koi ishita ki??
Ravi -nahi, told u naa woh photo nahi khinchwati hai. Bahut sharmili hai. Tu khud aake dekh le naa, thoda jealous bhi ho lena.
Raman -haan, ab toh aana hi padega, tumhari ishita ko dekhne.kahan par ho rahi hai shaadi?? He asked wiping his tears.
Ravi -jodhpur mein hai, destination wedding. Tu aayega naa, kal hi hai shaadi.
Raman -haan aa raha hoon. He said and hung the call. Then he called his travel agent and booked the earliest ticket to jodhpur.
Next morning, he fly to jodhpur without telling his mother about the marriage ,he told toshiji that he is going for a business trip.
His flight got delayed and he reached jodhpur at eight in evening. He took a cab without waiting for the car his friend was sending for him.
He reached the venue and went inside the wedding hall. He look around and realised that the wedding rituals have already started. The bride was in veil while Ravi was sitting beside her happily. Raman went closer to get a look of the bride and got shocked seeing Arjun and naina standing next to the bride doing the rituals. His heart skip a beat confirming that it is his ishita only, who is marrying again for money. His heart got filled with hatred for her and he ran to the mandap.
Ravi got up to greet him but Raman went to the bride and removed her veil. He got shocked seeing her and she too got shocked seeing raman while everyone got confused seeing Raman's behaviour.
