It was another normal day in Ishra life, Raman was looking at his notes sitting in the campus during lunch break when he felt someone sitting next to him. Before he can raise his eyes to see the person he heard her sweet voice -aap akele kyun baithe hai??
Raman smiled and look at her.
Ishita -aapke friends baahar cricket khel rahe hai, I was searching u there, Aap cricket kyun nahi khel rahe??
Raman -mere tuition class mein aaj test hai, I have to prepare for that.
Ishita -oh achcha, lunch kar liya aapne??
Raman -nahi, abhi nahi. Thodi der mein karta hoon.
Ishita look at her watch and said -abhi toh thodi der mein break khatam ho jayega. Phir kaise khayenge. Kha lijiye.
Raman -chotu, I told u naa I will eat, u go and play. He said reading his notes.
Ishita -par abhi toh, she was saying when he said -arey yaar bore mat Karo. Meri preparation nahi hui hai, let me concentrate. Jao yahan se. He said all frustrated .
Ishita got up and start going when Raman closed his eyes feeling guilty for shouting on her. He composed himself and said holding her hand -sorry chotu, I shouldn't have shouted on u. Actually mera kuch prepare nahi hua hai. He was saying but she went releasing her hand.
Raman punched his fist in air and said -shit yaar, gussa ho gayi. Aaj ka din hi kharab hai, yeh dimaag mein ghush nahi raha and she too. He was talking to himself when he saw her coming with bottle of water in her hand.
She settled next to him and said -jab mere appa ka koi kaam nahi hota aur unki bhookh lagti hai toh woh bhi aise hi gussa karte hai. But main gussa nahi hoti, balki unko apne haath se khana khilati hoon aur woh apni saari problem solve kar lete hai woh bhi has kar thinking he has such a loving daughter. Main aapko bhi khilati hoon, phir Aap bhi apni sab problem dur kar lenge thinking u have such a loving chotu. Laaiye mujhe apna tiffin dijiye. She said and took his lunch box. She opened it and said -umm, yummy aloo parantha, saying so she feed him while he was just looking at her.
Ishita -arey chew kariye, mujhe kya dekh rahe hai. Lunch time khatam ho jayega.
Raman start chewing his food and said -really sorry, mujhe tum par chillana nahi chahiye tha.
Ishita -its OK, aap chilla sakte hai. After all u r my would be hubby.
Raman -chotu don't start that again. U r too small, he was saying when she feed him another bite and said -now u too don't start all this. She said and smile making him smile too.
Raman -achcha do main khud kha loon.
Ishita -nahi, I will feed u. Waise main bhi kha loon, it's looking very yummy.
Raman smiled and nodded in yes.
Ishita had a bite and said -umm, yummy hai. U know mujhe aloo ka parantha bahut pasand hai. Aur jab roz aapke ghar se khoosbu aati hai iski, I feel like eating. Maine amma se kaha bhi banane ko, but amma ne usme sambhar masala daal diya. Woh bahut ganda lagaa mujhe. Maine saara dustbin mein daal diya and then I never force amma to make it.
Raman -tumhe achcha lagta hai aaloo parantha??
Ishita -bahut.
Raman -then u eat, mera ho gaya.
Ishita -nahi, aise kaise. We will share. She said and feed him.he too feed her a small morsel making her happy to no end. She gave him water to drink and then both went back to their respective classroom .
Ishita told mihika everything and said -i told u naa, he loves me. Warna mujhe apna aloo parantha kyun khilate??
Mihika -ab tu bhukkad ki tarah mangengi toh bechare kya karenge. He is good naa, issliye de diya hoga.
Ishita showed her tongue and said -tu jalti hai mere aur raman ke pyaar se.
Mihika smiled and said -tu pagal hai.
Ishita didn't said anything ,she turned and start adjusting her bag when teacher entered the classroom and start teaching.
On the other hand, Raman was sitting in last bench and was studying but everytime his mind was going on ishita only. How maturely she handled his anger and made him smile.
Raman -kitni cute hai, Main uspar chillaya but woh gussa bhi nahi hui. Infact she brought water for me and fed me. My cute chotu, husband bolti hai mujhe. I think I should do something for her. He thought and got an idea.
Raman -haan yeh sahi rahega. He thought and smiled.
Soon the school got over, Raman went to bus and settled in his seat waiting for ishita. Soon she came to take the chocolate she gave him in the morning so that she can claim his love for her.
They talked like everyday and he gave her chocolate. She smiled and was going when he hold her hand and kept a dairy milk silk in her hand. She look at him and he said -mujhe tum par chillana nahi chahiye the, it's my apology for that.
Ishita smiled fully and said -yeh mere liye hai, aur aap laaye hai??
Raman got surprised seeing her broad smile and said -haan, but isme itna khush hone ki kya zarurat??
Ishita -oh my god raman, aap mere liye laaye hai toh main khush hongi naa,thank u, thank u, thank so much. She said and smiled fully making him smile too.
She went to her place smiling and showed the chocolate to mihika.her smile was just too broad and Raman was admiring it. He couldn't believe his one chocolate can make her so happy. Through out the way he was just looking at her and her broad smile and thinking how his one gesture made her so happy. He decided to give her chocolate everyday but stopped and thought -nahi nahi, woh sochegi that I have started loving her. But Ek chocolate se kya hota hai. I can do this much for her to see her smile. Thinking about her he reached home. His whole day went good thinking about her smile. Even his test got well. He was also smiling constantly remembering her smile.
Next morning, Raman was getting ready when he smell aloo parantha. He remembered about ishita and went to his mother.
Raman -maa, aaj do parantha extra dena, mere ek friend ko aapke haath ke paranthe bahut pasand hai.
Toshiji nodded and kept two extra parathas in his lunch box. Raman smiled thinking of her expression and went out to get ready.
Ishra met like everyday, she gave him chocolate and went. Both went to their respective classes and soon the teacher start teaching after prayer.
Soon it was lunch time, Raman was waiting for ishita but she was nowhere.
Raman -yeh kahan reh gayi. He thought and start searching for her only to see her hiding behind the walls. He walked to her and said-hi.
Ishita turned and said -raman, aap. Yahan kya kar rahe hai??
Raman -tum yahan kya kar rahi ho??
Ishita -chupi hoon. She said slowly.
Raman -kisse?? He too asked slowly.
Ishita -dhappa dene ke liye.
Raman -dhappa??
Ishita -arey hide and seek ways dhappa. Aap jao, let me play. Warna main pakdi jaungi aur phir den banna padega.
Raman -oh ok, Maine socha tum shayad aloo parantha khana chaho. Issliye dhoondh raha tha.
Ishita -aap Aloo paranthe laaye ho??
Raman nodded in yes.
Ishita -mers liye??
Raman nodded in yes.
Ishita -achcha chaliye khaate hai.
Raman -aur tumhara khel.
Ishita -woh baad mein khelungi. She said and went with him. Both settled down and had food, ishita too bring her lunch box but Raman didnt had it as he don't like idli.
Ishita -aapko kya pasand hai boliye, Main amma se wahin banwa kar laaungi.
Raman -kuch nahi, tum apni amma ko pareshan mat karna. He said and both had their food happily. After having lunch ishita was going when Raman gave her a chocolate making her too happy. Raman too was happy seeing her happy.
Slowly days start passing, now ishra use to have lunch together and Raman gave her a chocolate everyday.both were happy with their friendship and coming more close to each other with each passing day.
One day, Raman was reading his book when mihir settled beside him and said -ek baat puchun??
Raman -puch.
Mihir -tera ishita ke saath kya chal raha hai.
Raman got startled by his sudden question and said -kuch nahi, kuch bhi toh nahi. Bas junior hai.
Mihir-sirf junior, nothing else??
Raman -haan, aur kya hogi??
Mihir-nahi, I thought tum log ka chal raha hai.
Raman -pagal hai kya, she is too small. He said and start drinking water from his bottle to reduce anxiety.
Mihir -waise I like her, bahut cute hai. Soch raha hoon usse propose kar doon. He said making Raman throw water out of his mouth. He coughed and said -tu, kya??
Mihir -haan yaar, I think I have fallen for her. Kitni cute hai, do chooti bandh kar kitni achchi lagti hai, uss par uska skirt, every time she jump, my heart skip a beat. He was saying when Raman said -dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Talking like this about a baby, chod de uska peecha warna aunty se jhaadhu padwaunga. He said angrily.
Mihir -koi baby nahi hai, she is grown up. Mujhe bahut achchi lagti hai but I was stopping myself thinking u love her. But ab jab tu isse pasand nahi karta, toh mera raasta saaf hai. I am going to propose her. He said and get up.
Raman too get up and said -tu propose kar, main teri jaan le lunga.
Mihir -teri kyun jal rahi hai, u don't love her naa??
Raman -kaha naa she is baby, leave her alone.
Mihir -kaahe ki baby, I am going to propose. He said and ran out of the room and raman too ran behind him to stop him.
