When Simmi can stake claim and get permission to stay at BH...fir to Ishita is raman's legally wedded wife...she can easily come n start staying at BH...

I think after tomorrow's tamasha...she'll b thrown out of d society and hence will come to stay at BH for Pihu's sake...

Poor pihu.clearly speaking bhalla house is a mental asylum It needs strength to live there.Romi is our representative.Taking legal route is correct here.why child has to suffer this much in her parents fight.Each going day they butchr raman to new heights.I think taklu rises from bed thinking how to butcher raman and aaj kon se word dedungee usey...manhoos baanj ...mar kyu nahi dethe?

It is based on whose house it is .
A daughter can stake claim over her dad's house.
A dil cannot do so in her fil's house .
But she can do so as pihu's mom or raman's wife.
Perhaps Raman is wanting just this .
What's the point in fighting if the opponent doesn't give the desired reaction?
If he did not want this ,then why will he be at her door step everyday ?
Wouldn't he wanna erase her face forever.
Perhaps he wants divorce from her w/o alimony,
