And raman he got rememberd ishita because he got rememberd annanya's accidental death and ishitas confession.And the first thing raman do after getting concious is taking hishats name and looking her like made perosnla telling her she will be fine etc.Which gives the idea raman went into depression first where he build a shell himself and live in that shell where no one can come.He overlook every person in his life.And after that slowly he become a Robert who works in simmis instruction that's can be the reason why raman got only the memory till ananays death.The start of ishitas rejection towards him is the start of his depression state.Thats why the same ishitas needed to broke that's shell.And like simmi said after the initial leap they give him medicine from 4 months only which states that when he started to come out of depression they start to give him medicine or there may be some other reason too for them giving him medicine.Anyway it was ishitas absence which causwd him depression and the same ishitas is the reason he come out of depression.

And the way puttar called his bewis name and the way he madly searched her and tried to console and big her was😭 love was oozing out of him for her 😭😳.He is also happy knowing ruhi didn't marry that Nikhil which also states that after his visit from jail he went into a shell.
