Mihika is definitely a part of plan but I don't think ishita knows about it else there was no need for her to talk to ishita the way she did in front of Alia also she didn't say a word when ishita was telling about stopping the wedding unlike simmi there was no reaction from her and on the contrary she was really concerned about alia and defending ishita as well. To me it looks like a plan between Raman and mihika rest we should wait for the promo as both of them were so uncomfortable on the dining table when Toshi was talking about the wedding.
