Awesome update akku...it was so full of emotions.

Raman has become a maniac after knowing wat happen with his ishu.

Now he is crying over the lost time.

I just cudnt see his state.

He didn't remember that he himself us a famous cardiologist... His hands are shaking to take the knife... It is normal coz she is his life.

How's is he gonna save her.
