Meghna, all of us have the question as to why he is not asking about his wife. But if you see, he did not ask about his daughter too or remember anything about her. Also the doctor clearly said as days goes by, he will become like a clean state and get occasional seizures na? He got the seizure once and he is becoming a clean state in terms of remembering people. Hence he is relatively getting less flashes and Ishita only is recollecting their FBs. Despite becoming a clean state, he is still pulled towards her,feels incomplete without her, wants to spend all his time with her and that explains the connection with his wife Ishita, that he is holding on to strongly in the subconscious mind within himself. That is what Romi identified and was amazed at. Romi did not acknowledge that he has forgotten his wife and fallen in love with new investor😆.Romi on-screen, definitely is more practical, sensible and a true IshRa fan and he is someone who can understand both their love for each other without any bias, similar to us off-screen😉😆
