In the precap ishita was telling something to raman that too like a secret😆.I think the same thing is happening that happened in autopsy room.There raman confessed & now ishita is going to confess but it will not be like she love him or something but can be something related to parammi & medicines.And he will be hearing it in the unconscious state that will be reason for his dialogues in the promo & one of his reason to chase her🤔
