May because of the same reason we all have been thinking, he thinks Ishita is a married woman and his attraction towards her is driving him crazy and since she is married he should mentain some distance from her, that is why he wants her to leave the place. 😊

Either that or he thinks to keep Ishita away from Simmi and Param, until he clears their misunderstanding and not create more unnecessary misunderstandings, as he said the other day to Ishita.

May be but till yesterday he was addressing her as Miss Ishita, even though she told him in Budapest that she is married and her husband is Khaddoose😆 he must have thought she must be a divorcee so he still addresses her as Miss, and even after that cafe scene when she was related to Ashok he pushed her away but couldn't stop his dil for feeling attracted towards her, now when she is wearing sindoor it gives him a conformation that she is married to some one else he will try to keep his dinstance from her but in vain as there is still one month notice period 😉
