Isn't Pihu Raman and Ishita's biological child with Shagun as surrogate?
Why is she being referred to as Pihu's nanny?

Thatbkd till now calls ishu as ishima like adi and ruhi ...never mumma or amma ...
Pihunsays...since they call her ishima..she too will continue. ..how will any kid do This?
