7. When ruhi gave ishita meds Wht did she do with it she kept

How come ishita didn't change meds of Raman why was she waiting
For Raman to throw the meds
So it means that Simmi doesn't have any more meds that was the last one and she can't get
More as she doesn't have the undertaking paper is that so ??
