Somewhat i feel toshiji is going to take the blame for her crooked daughter thinking its ishita's game🥱.It is also a repetition of old yhm where the culprit was simmi but the blame gone to ishita.There simmi is in one who gave ruhi expired medicine but for her doing SR Iyers were the one who went to police station.Here also simmi is the culprit that too did a crime with her full knowledge of what she is doing,but now the blame will go to her own mother.And i'm sure she will not have any remorse for putting the blame on her mother instead she is going to take revenge there also by putting the blame on ishita that she is doing all these to take revenge from raman😡.
