He was lost in ishita memories and the bgm enhance the beauty of that scene
By seeing one couple enjoying icecream he remembers how he feed her

and as per precap she harassing pihu mentally, well that should make ishita more angry and ultimately she should not forgive simmi at any cost
That was so cruel of simmi
poor pihu tortured by simmi and one side she must be in guilt of accidently killing ananya and reason of ishita being in jail.
Well ishita decision of taking the blame failed totally as instead of securing pihu, she is now in more measrebale condition and adiliya romi also suffering and raman toh main target hai hi unka.

hope she plan this time more intelligently and no way accept simmi apologize (I doubt she will realize n apologize but if she ask) and boycott her.
