I am too having same feeling while watching dear

They even show flashback of all the kids with Ishu but no Pihu

I guess pihu might have run away came to ashok. Hence ashok came to truth. He helped her.

Raman might have blamed ruhi for that pihu loss. After this Raman might have got into accident and param and simmi might have been giving wrong medicine. Fake doctor would have told not to remember pihu and ishita.

Ruhi after this might have got cold.

So basically ishita wants to punish param and simmi ...but first cure Raman...
