Ishu on the phone with the clinic and wondering about raman...and yesterdays precap plays..ishu is skeptical when raman said he got thru nikhil...and asks not to stresss as he's taken care of everything and that nikhil will not be anywhere around ruhi...ishu agrees ..but ruhi..and neelu interrupts with shravans clothes..and raman asks her not to stress herself... He said he knows how to handle men like nikhil ..ishu doesn't care about nikhil..but worried what if ruhi is unable o forget Him.
At iyers
Bala shravu and and mr and Mrs iyer having breakfast...and MRs. IYer is pissed off with shravus indifference..and she starts her usual ..its her way of getting thru to shravu...emotional black mail. Shravu finally agrees as this si what everybody wants and feels that his mom is already forgotten...and leaves. He was deeply hurt.

Raman has planned something...he's bringing someone to meet Ruhi
Ruhi comes in and looks for ishima and comes to know that she's at her ammas..thru raman..The scene is very realistic between father and daughter..that uneasiness the awkwardness that void..so ruhi agrees to meet the person.
At IYers
Ishu/shravu..ishu is arranging shravus room..and trying to strike up a convo with shravu..shravu understand it and says that everybody forgotten his mom including her..but he couldn't do that..
Ishus is genuinely concerned for shravu...as he doesn't share anything with her like he used to.
Ishu assures him that's not the case at all..finally shravu opens up and talks about camping and his experience...whatever it maybe, she can be bashed and what not...DT is a natural with kids..he shares about cooking food, and spending time with friends and its a unique experience.
And she begins..about companionship in life..how important it is..and shravu understood it...companionship is a must...a partner, a must in balas age...It's not that we've forgotten vandhu ...but remember this ..you came later in her life..we know her very well and she wouldn't want bala to be alone for the rest of his life, we know akka better...and she shares her experience with vandhu...but now she's gone..but the memories will never leave us..its evergreen ..and will always remain fresh in our memories and heart and those memories will never fade away.
People leave but we have to move on...nothing's permanent..when things are not permanent, then change is a must...change is inevitable..and your sister needs a mother figure in her life. She needs someone in her life to take care of her..you can take care of yourself...not her..your dad tries his best...grandparents are growing old too...so does your appa...but he is not taking any decisions coz he loves his son very much...he needs your support to move on. Why do i feel cvs justified shagun's presence in pihu's life, sort of justified sharam playing house and posing as a family and why bhallas accepted shagun..did anyone feel that way.or was it only me?..i felt they justified the 7 year leap here ...
Shravu has no hard feelings for kiran its just that he feels he's betraying his amma.
Ishu tells him its not the case..kiran is not going to take your ammas place..but amma too will want you to be happy..your mom will prolly want everybody to be happy...Kiran will never take the place of your mom...you mom has her special place..everybody have their own special place ...both are important in their own way and they have their own place..here again i felt they justified shaguns presence in RAmans life. They showed what place shagun has and ishita has ..both are important in his life..more so shagun..shagun can and will never be replaced...she has carved out a place for herself..asli maa...ability to give birth hence asli maa...ishima.. a consolation place..a name sake mother as she cannot give birth. Ishu has her own place in his life...A maid, a facilitator, a Nannny, a problem solver, a manger, how much ever ishu does its ever enough..as she has limitations ...you people made ishu say these words..if i rightly remember...its lohri scene..where ruhi will stand up for ishu..in sauten saga...so now its crystal clear why ishu does what she does...she wants to Cvs you clearly showed everything here. Wow what a way to seal the deal that shagun will always be an integral part in ramans life.
So its a YES from him, shravu agrees for the marriage.
Whatever it is shravu is finding it difficult..it will take time..he did it for others happiness...though he is happy ..none asked what he wants /expects/his fears ...but tried to convince him. What pissed me was the line...bala is indecisive about this marriage...Really he hasn't decided?...and the marriage prep is in full swing?...

Ishu overhears last part of the convo..and asks whom is ruhi meeting?
Ra..its not as crime to meet a boy
I..its not about what is acceptable and what is not ..you want her to meet someone..this early...she just got over one..give her some time...
Ra..the person is coming over to meet ruhi in the evening...she has enough time.
I...she hasn't even gotten over nikhil yet..what is the need for this marriage..what s the hurry...she's not that old enough

Ishu..is too shocked..and amma comes to now about this..and amma is with raman..she asks him to meet the boy..
Ishu says she's been with raman all these years and couldn't figure out what's going on on his head..eh ishu ..you've been with him only about 4-5 years...just sit tight.

A..but he's worried about ruhi...maybe this guy is a nice guy..when ruhi has no problem why should you? so here age is not a problem..

Just then ruhi walks in
And ishu asks if shes aware of what's happening and how can she accept and asks her tell her dad everything..and asks her to think it over
Ruhi is silent...she's ok with dads decision, which shook ishu to the core..
She was speechless...to ruhi its not wrong..as she's always made mistakes..with sohail..next nikhil..what affected ruhi the most was him cheating with poojas sister..
So she will do whatever her dad asks her to do.
And ruhi selves to get ready..
Amma wants ishu to learn form ruhi...really..then why were you worked up when shravu behaved that way?...you idiot, Asked her to be calm and handle calmly..hypocrite/hypocrisy
Amma says raman is stubborn and asks her to meet the boy then talk to raman
Raman enters with shagun and shopping bags..
Shagun agrees with raman..
Ishu is standing there..and none paid attention ..to her..and shagun asks ishu to get ready..so cvs are showing ex's can be besties...ok then...
Ishu wants to talk to him but he avoid her saying he doesn't have time..
So shagun goes to see ruhi..
Ishu says I will not support you in this as she's concerned for a few things..I'm ruhis mom and you have to listen to what i have to say...ishu for once..stop this self proclamation...enough ...you are not and you will never be..is anybody saying that..its only you who is screaming your lungs out...just chill..
R..why do you have to do this all this time? Why are you being over dramatic all the time? Do you think i don't love ruhi? All I want is for her to meet him..if she doesn't like it. Then it's not going to proceed further
As the arguments continue..doorbell rings and raman leaves to get the door..
Raman welcomes them..
Neelu is also shocked
Shagun too invites them..and ishu brings ruhi..
Ishu is shocked to see an old man sitting there
Raman introduces..
The gentleman has some institute and was impressed with ruhis presentation and projects and wants to send her abroad for higher studies ..
Look at this shagun and raman are sitting and talking as parents/they looked more husband and wife than ishita ...who looked like a maid..they were so happy to se their daughter going abroad .,ofcourse any parent would be..a proud moment..the happiness on their faces...wow..
MBA ...for ruhi in a foreign university .. thank god..for once he made the right choice..
Raman played a prank and shagun says..he will rather keep ruhi at home than get her married to an older guy..he loves her very much..so shagun knows raman better than ishita..thanks cvs for this wonderful message.
Ishu was relieved...she was just standing and watching everything..
And raman..winked at ishu and gave her a flying kiss...as usual well we know the craziness..so after explanations it's settled..ruhi is leaving for higher studies...good for her..sharam were sitting together ..of course after all they are her parents...its ok..
Ruhi hugs her dad...and raman ...did you really think i will get you married that early?
Ruhi calls him the worlds best papa... he became senti..as ruhi never questioned him whom she's going to marry..
So raman kumar/ravan kumar is the worlds best prankster...christened by ishu..
He wants his daughter to be independent and successful ..more successful than him..
And take care of herself, and her mom and dad...
Ishu thanks shagun ...for supporting raman in this...
Shagun says its all ramans idea..she just helped him and wants the same for ruhi...aww how cute...new found besties..who were exes, mother, surrogate mother...punked ishu..his current..shaguns bestie, sauten, aaya ...
ISHU GOT PUNKED...courtesy Raman..accomplice shagun...
And he shares everything with ruhi about offering money to nikhil and him accepting it..Ruhi is in tears..she's hurt...so ruhi will move on...

I liked ishu..shravu scene ...
I felt ishu was shown her place, her role, easily replaceable and justified too..
There was no need to involve shagun..but the question who involved her?..drumroll..Raman...they even went shopping together ..had this been ishu involving mani...oh boy...anyways...But think about it...aren't they parents of Ruhi...who is ishu and why inform her? Is she her mom, did she give birth? No..As parents sharam have every right to think about ruhi and make decisions.
Basically the whole episode was about shagun and her importance and she was justified. Strictly my opinion...no offense meant...please use your discretion when watching.
