I read a spoiler where it said that Shagun remembers only that she's married to Raman, not a trustworthy sight though.
Maybe Shaggs will remember till Ruhi's birth. She eloped with Ashok six months after Ruhi's birth, so she might go back to the phase of those six months. They might say shagun that she met with an accident and came out from coma after 8 years and so 8 year old Ruhi can come into play
Shaggy was in an affair with Ashok those days, she didn't leave Raman yet.
Maybe she'll be plotting to leave Raman for Ashok now
Else now Shagun being lovey dovey with Raman would be awful. I don't think cvs would dare to show that.
They might show those days where Shagun is planning to leave Raman.
Hence Ashok also came into play now.
Shagun will be plotting to meet Ashok secretely without Raman's knowledge
And Raman would be plotting to meet Ishita secretely without Shagun's knowledge.😆
I wish only this happens, if cvs take Shagun to those days where she considered Raman as her love interest, then we should just go into coma for some days
