Six Months Later.

Raman walked in his room after getting fresh and saw the room was empty, he searched for Ishita but she wasn't there when his eyes fall on the baby crib and saw the little Ruhi was laying with her open eyes, she was playing with her own hands, seeing her cute antics Raman chuckled and lifted her in his arms. "Rooh.. You woke up so early today? As Raman lifted her Ruhi immediately placed her head on his shoulder to get her father's affection, Raman smiled. He looked at the wall where there was a huge photo frame of his family he, Ishita and their Ruhi. Raman was staring at the frame when suddenly that incident appeared in his mind, he immediately took a back, he looked at Ruhi's innocent face while remembering the night.

Six Months Before.

Raman gained his sense and woke up with jerk, he felt dizzy but gets down from bed when nurse came to him saying, "Where are you going?

"Nurse, do you know, my car crashed with someone else's. Do you know where's the person?

"Yes. His condition is serious. He's in OT. As nurse said, Raman didn't waste his time there anymore and going to leave when nurse again stopped him but he didn't listen to her and walked out from his cabin where he saw his family. Seeing him coming out toshiji ran to him and hugged him. She cried her heart out. "Maa, I'm fine. Stop crying. He parted from her and was going to leave when toshiji asked, "Puttar kaha ja raha hai?

But Raman didn't listen to her and left from there. He walked towards the operation theater but he saw someone and gets shocked. He walked to the person asking, "Uncle? You're here?

But the person looked on with his narrow eyes. "Uncle..! Did you forget? It's Raman.. Rihaan's childhood friend.

"Raman.. He gets emotional and hugged him tightly.

"Uncle..? Why are you crying? What happened? What are you doing here? Multiple questions occurred in his mind

"Puttar.. Rihaan..

"Rihaan? Kya hua usse? Kaha hai woh? Raman asked shocked.

"OT mein. As Rihaan's father said, Raman stepped back shocked when the doctor walked out from the OT, Raman immediately ran to him asking, "Doctor Rihaan? How's he?

But seeing Raman injured, doctor advised him, "Why are you here? You should be in your cabin.

"Doctor please tell me how's my friend? Neglecting doctor's question, Raman asked worried.

"Doctor my son? Mr Khurana approached to them asking.

"I'm sorry Mr Khurana. As the doctor said Raman grabbed doctor's collar asking, "What do you mean doctor?

"Please control yourself. We tried enough. Par unke sarr mein zor se lagi hai aur uski wajah se internal bleeding bohot hui hai, hum chah kar bhi rok nahi paye.

"Kya woh... Mr Khurana asked stammering.

"Unke paas waqt bohot kam hai. You go and meet him. Saying this doctor left.

"Meri wajah se hua yeh sab. Raman sat back crying. "I should be more careful while driving. Aaj meri wajah se Rihaan. Raman cursed himself when Mr Khurana placed his hand on Raman's shoulder saying, "It wasn't your fault Raman. It was just an accident. It happened because of bad weather. You please don't blame yourself. Go and meet him for last time. He said crying.

Raman looked up and ran inside and saw his friend laying on death table. Rihaan looked at the doorway and smiled brightly, "Raman? Raman ran to him and about to hug him but stopped and they shake their hands in their own way and then Raman hugged him crying.

"Oye..! Why are you crying like this? Itne saal baad mil raha hai aur aise ro raha hai.

"I'm sorry Rihaan, I'm sorry.

"Why are you sorry?"

"That car.." Raman was going to say but Rihaan said,"Teri koi galti nahi hai Raman. And I know papa ne bhi tujhe yehi bataya hoga. Rihaan said ruffling his hair.

"I never thought we would meet like this.

"Tere business ke bare mein bohot suna, I never thought that looser boy will achieve so much in one life. Rihaan said wiping his tears.

"It happened because of you. If you wouldn't force me on that day then I wouldn't get all this.

"No.. It was your decision at the end and I know Raman why did you decide to leave suddenly. Rihaan said making Raman shocked. "Let it be Rihaan. He moved away.

"No Raman, it's the time to talk. Rihaan said holding his hand. "Raman.. He was going to say when Mr Khurana walked in and said, "Rihaan, it's girl.

"Girl? Raman looked at him smiling, "You and... Rihaan nodded.

"Papa can you show me her photo? Rihaan asked when a happy tear escaped from his eyes. Mr Khurana showed him the photo of baby girl, "Ruhi.. My angel. Raman also smiled but cried as he blamed himself for this accident. "Papa can you please leave us for sometime? Mr Khurana walked out.

"Raman.. Now, as you are back and the situation is like this.. so, I want a promise from you. Rihaan said holding his hand.

"Yes Rihaan say. What can I do for you?

"After me, you have to take care of my Ruhi and Ishita. Promise me, you will never leave them, promise me you will give her father's love, every happiness which she deserves and most important YOUR NAME. As Rihaan said Raman took his hand back. "Raman, I know you love Ishita but for her happiness, for me you never expressed your feelings and that's why you left us. But Raman you have a chance to get her back.

"Have you lost your mind Rihaan? Now things are changed. Yes..! I loved her but that was past. We all moved on.

"Really? Can you say looking into my eyes. He made Raman turn at him, "Say it that you don't love her now.

"Rihaan, she's your wife.

"And you are my friend. Raman, I know only you can keep her happy. Raman please, Ruhi needs her father and after me only you can have all abilities to be her father. Don't say no Raman please..! Rihaan insisted.

"What if I accept your proposal, do you think Ishita will accept? Raman asked.

"She will, even papa is there, he will make her understand. You just say yes. Raman looked on confuse when Mr Khurana walked in. "Raman, Rihaan is right.

"Uncle you? Raman looked on.

"Raman you are like my son and when Rihaan has so much trust n you then I'm sure, you will keep them happy. Say yes puttar..!

But still Raman wasn't convinced. "Raman, mein jar aha hoon, yeh mera akhri wish samjhke poora karde yaar. As he said Raman hugged him crying when suddenly he felt Rihaan's hands loosen the grip on his body, he parted and saw his friend laying lifeless.

Present Day.

"Raman?? As he heard Ishita's voice, he immediately composed himself and placed Ruhi in the crib and wiped his tears.

"Yes? He turned at her smiling.

"You are all ready. I'm sorry, I was boiling Ruhi's milk that's why couldn't keep your suit on.." But Raman didn't let her complete, "It's okay Ishita. Har waqt mere liye sab kuch perfect karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai."

Ishita didn't say anything but stood there silent when he asked, "Do you want to say anything more?"

"Today Ruhi has a vaccination, will you go with us? She asked.

"Ishita, you know I can't see it when doctor.. But ishita didn't let him complete as she remembered how Raman was nervous on the first vaccination round when doctor push the syringe in her body and Ruhi cried. "I know, it's okay.

"But I can drop you both. He smiled at her and was going to leave when Ishita called him, "Raman?

He turned at her when she said, "Thank you.

"Why? He asked with narrow eyes.

"For everything. After Rihaan's death, you took all responsibilities of Ruhi, you gave her father's love, you did everything which Rihaan would do if he...

"One side you are calling me her father aur dusre taraf thank you keh ke paraya bhi kar rahi ho.

"No, I didn't mean it. She said looking down.

"Ishita, Rihaan asked a promise that I will always keep his angel happy, and I am only doing this. Even we married for Ruhi. Right? Ishita nodded as she remembered how before their wedding Ishita approached to Raman and said that he will be Ruhi's father only and they will not share any husband wife relation.

"Then why are you thanking me? I am just doing a fathers duty. He said smiling. "Now don't be late, go and get ready. Saying this he left the room.

Raman walked out from room and thought, "I am sorry Ishita. Tumhari zindagi ka ek sach mein tumse chupa raha hoon. Mein chah kar bhi tumhe yeh nahi keh sakta ki Rihaan ki maut.. But he paused as he recalled after Rihaan's death Mr Khurana asked Raman not to disclose the truth as he and Rihaan both never blamed Raman for this.

After having breakfast, Raman was waiting for them when Ishita walked down holding Ruhi in her arms. "Give her. Raman said forwarding his hand.

"It's okay, I can manage.

"I know, you can. But let me spend some time with my Ruhi. Isn't? he asked poking on Ruhi's little nose, she overjoyed. While taking Ruhi in his arms, Ishita's hair strand stuck in his sleeve buttons. Somehow Raman managed to take Ruhi in his one arm when Ishita tried to free her hair, but as they stood in a distance she felt a pull on her body but didn't say anything. But Raman noticed the pain, so he stepped ahead, she looked up at him.

"Now do it. He said.

After struggling, she free her hair. "Done, let's go.

"Rooh your mumma is so dumb. Raman said to Ruhi while eyeing Ishita when she looked at him confuse. "You know she took ten minutes, to free this simple hair from my buttons. Now I wonder how much she takes making her hair.

"Raman aap.. She pouted when little Ruhi giggled though she understood nothing but she enjoyed whenever her papa talks with her.

"If your father-daughter talks are over then shall we go? Ishita asked while walking towards the door, Raman followed.

Ishita gets inside the car when Raman placed Ruhi on her lap and sits on the driver sit. The distance from home to clinic was long, getting little bored Ishita turned on the music system, she was enjoying the song when she saw Ruhi spread her leg in a manner that her leg touches the gear stick, she was going to move her leg, at the same time Raman placed his hand on the gear stick and their hand touches, they looked at each other.
