Well they are showing she is all of a sudden very close to ishita though she wasn't really shown for months in the show but now is back and for the past 2-3 weeks she is shown to be really close to ishita maybe an indication for the coming track where she will side with ishita and stays with her till the time this Shagun drama is on coz I don't know what they are going to tell her about Ruhi and Pihu. I don't think they will introduce Pihu to Shagun

i think they r showing pihu has accepted ishita though they didn't show bonding scenes ..and it can b for upcoming track pihu will crave for ishita n they will bring her in bhalla house if ishita shifts ..may b try to recreate ishru magic
