At the clinic
And so the first hit and miss begins..they narrowly missed each other..nidhi and ishu
And the nurse tells ishu about the mishap of the files.
At the office
Raman in office and comes to know that they are receiving orders from the receptionist. Rama is wondering and ruhi..arrghh..comes up with solutions after solutions..and all the rest are dumb..oh my she's now a computer expert too..she even built a website to take in orders...seriously...raman is impressed, and ruhi asks adi for some suggestion just when he's about to say something, raman cuts his off saying, as to why ruhi didn't come up with this idea earlier..adi is sad..and raman praises her.
Romi is not happy..(he's impulsive even in business)...(so ruhi in trouble and adi rescuing her is possible)
At the clinic
Ishu is talking to the receptionist about The mix up and how difficult it is to rearrange them in order..the receptionist apologizes and ishu decides to do it by herself..
Just then Dr Bhatra enters..and she too complains about the mishap..and ishu assures she will sort it out and discusses about a new patient Suman, and hands over the file to Ishu...the weird thing is she wants to be treated by Dr. bhatra and not ishuta and says this is interesting as people normally want ishu to treat them and ishu laughs...like really?..interesting..expression ...So ishu is looking at her file..
And she decides to put all the patient info on the computer as it will be easier
At the office
Looks like ruhi has given a presentation and all agree to it..adi is not happy..as to him people will think they have no Time and not sure who is buying it..and raman shuts him off and makes her the project lead..(wait now she is a full time employee?...she graduated college already?)...Everybody will work under ruhi.
At the clinic
Ishu is busy with files and calls shagun..and reminds her to take medicines on time and shagun says she's very lonely without her and maybe shes happy and settled at the bhallas..shagun says she's lonely and none to take care of her..ishu rightly called her drama queen lol..Ishu reminds mani is with her and has given instructions to mani and he will take care of her. Shagun is happy...shagun shares the info that mani has brought lunch role reversal..ishu says no need to complain now... and hangs up.
Ishu sees a file..it's an old file,... from the X-rays it clear her dental problems..
And ishu and the nurse are busy with files.

Mani is pampering shagun...shagun is very happy...and mani feeds her...mani is a cook now... shagun appreciates it and thanks him.
Mani ...I'm doing this not only for the baby but for them as now they've bonded well..and apologizes for his behavior and wants to make a fresh start with her..and requests her to take care of her health..as to him this baby means a lot to him and them..i lost hope to love but then your pregnancy news made me alive, and i felt a new energy ...I've never felt like this before. I had aaliya earlier so this thought never even occurred to me..but now my own flesh and blood is going to enter this world.
Mani gets all emotional and shagun wants him to be happy always
At the office
Ruhi sense that adi is not happy and adi denies, brushes it aside..and ruhi keeps on asking him questions..and he assures her that there's nothing wrong..and ruhi wants to know what he was about to suggest ...all he wanted was to change the mode of payment..as some may not be genuine...looks like ruhi did that too..adi is a bit taken aback..disappointed, sad...she wants the buyers to give identity proofs..ok what if they are fake?..and then the verification and then the orders will be processed. Adi is happy for her.( Ruhi just needs to give him some space and leave him alone, yes she's doing it to make him feel better but it might be the other way around for the others)...Anyways, She thanks him for all the help and support he's given her earlier and asks for the same.
At the clinic
So ishu is busy with the files and receptionist comes in saying she has a patient waiting..but ishu is busy and cannot see them today and asks her to send the patient To dr.bhatra...then ishu decides to see the patient..
Shagun calls ishu and talks to her about mani..
And ishu enters the cabin to treat the patient but none is there..and raman taps her arm and she is pleasantly surprised to see him there..
Ishu ...what are you?
R..I'm your new patient..the thing is my wife has no time to spend with me, i feel that she doesn't love me, and I also feel that she doesn't love me
Ishu is smiling...
Ishu..what can i do /say
R..so who else will tell me..is there anybody else?
You don't have time so I ended u here..oh btw i heard you gave tips to mani on how to keep a wife happy..would you care to share some with me so I can keep my wife happy too?!..
I..I'm just a dentist here so i can talk to you about oral hygiene..but if i had to give tips then..he knows what makes me happy and what to do..and what not to do..its up to him to decide what and how to keep me happy

Just then phone calls for raman..
It's ruhi and she wants him to come to office as the partners are on the way . So raman asks her to keep talking to them and he will be there soon
Ishu asks what is it?
Raman says he's happy and shares about Ruhi's ideas and now he's very relieved and relaxed ..adi is unable to handle it so ruhi is there ..and leaves.
Ishu is happy but feels sad that raman doesn't understand..he's encouraging ruhi ..hope he doesn't hurt/ discourage adi in the process.
Aadiliya
He's shared it with aaaliya...says he's not jealous of ruhi , but not happy that ruhi is his boss which is done by papa and he feels that he's useless., and shuts him off..
He agrees that ruhi may have ideas...but why shut him, ruhi didn't even know how to make presentation and He was teaching her yesterday..so how does that make him feel?
And aaliya feels ruhi knows internet stuffs as she was ruhaan, internet sensation..that is all...and reminds him he is not sns active as ruhi..(what a lame reason..so if you are an internet sensation and sns active, gives you a free pass as a business and computer savvy and an expert?..then why do people go to technical schools and major in computers and programming?..)
Aaliya Says maybe this is Ruhi's strength and he too needs to find his strength and help her as she's started her business and help her out in the project..
At the clinic
Finally the filling is done..ishu checks the files and says nidhi's case her jaw is in a pretty bad shape,,,did puttars slap aggravate her jaw problem?'..😆
Just then a message pops up and the nurse says that the system already has the entry...Suman already has the entry...it's bizarre..this is her first visit but he system says shes already been there? The nurse checks further and says the names are changed but the dental records are the same.
Ishu checks the data and the dental records its Nidhi..ishu is shocked..
Aahaa Nidhi makes a mistake..
No 2 dental records can be the same.,they are like finger prints..cannot be matched.. and checks all her treatments..
So ishu realizes... that means Nidhi was here as a New patient...and recollects her convo with dr bhatra...Then realizes nidhi is dead how is it possible?

Ishita shares it with shagun..dental records matched...nidhi is alive.. and nidhi drops something..shagun turns around...
Overall...ok ..not bad...
Adis inferiority complex
Ruhi Ms. Know it all...has solutions to every problem in the world..I just cannot stand that character any more...
Adi/Ruhi...not looking good...
Raman very very impulsive...he's going to land in trouble and is nonchalant about how his words will affect the other person. No regard for others feelings, he's become insensitive ... an enforcer ..he's more of a quick thinking, short term, temporary, solution person.
Ishu still Waiting patiently for him to realize ...sweetie it may not happen..she's more of a deep/ thorough...person, who thinks long term and looks for permanent solutions.
I liked shagmani's scene/ convo...it was nice
Ishra scene was ok...but frankly there were better scenes...it was flat...looks like it was added to keep the viewers hooked
Shagun ishita convo was nice, a bit too sweet but if you look at it as just 2 friends it's not bad..
