Time and again, Ruhi misbehaved with Raman but Ishita conveniently ignored it everytime. Not a single time, like a normal mother, she tried to correct Ruhi's behavior by pointing her objectionable attitude. When Ruhi misbehaved with her, she ran to her Amma's place to seek consolation. But she didn't ponder how Raman must have felt all these times when Ruhi insulted him. Now, she's got another shock coming her way in the form being forced by her daughter to say sorry to Sohail. Perhaps this is what exactly called Frankenstein's monster. Ishita has created one.

Tell me of any one time Ishita has ever given precedence to Raman's feelings and emotions other than the odd event of Raman covering up for Adi and when he handed his president ship over to Ashok. As a matter of fact, she has considered Raman a monster who needs to be tamed and controlled. In fact, she thinks of him as someone who gets unnecessarily angry at 'little' things.

Having said that, she's always right but Raman, he can never be right. OMG! What a mess YHM has become. The worst instance being Ishita being oblivious to Raman's insecurity when she was getting too close for comfort with her 'best friend' Abhimanyu Raghav.

Raman has zilch importance and that pains me. I wish they could explore him as a man stuck in the hassles of living among such a crazy family. Alas 😔

That is why YHM is knocked out of top 10. One after another dull-witted crime track, vamp's ott interference were the reasons, sure, but the severe compromise of the core concept of the show is the reason of its slow death. "Beauty and the beast" concept hardly works in the long run, audience gets bored with sympathy game and ML vs FL at some point.
