Hello Everyone,

Viji is unable to open the thread today for daily discussions of the episode so asked me to do it and she will join us in the later part of the day

Haven't watched but from WU it seems raman is using his past experience to good effect...he is not ready to believe this sohail guy even though he is continuing his so called noble work to rescue bhallas from problems every single time...happy that raman is acting smart and not blindly trusting strangers and falling into their trap like earlier instances.👏...lets see how long this lasts as some segments showed ramam will thank sohail for making ruhi smile

I hope ishita too start using her brain and act a bit careful and not jagatmata type who can be fooled easily...and yes ishita really needs to stop hiding stuffs from raman no matter what will be his reaction...she needs to realize how her hiding habits and doing things on her own behind raman's back caused so much damage earlier specially just before the first leap.

Seeing adi ruhi and pihu's behavior with their parents sometimes i wonder does it really matters who raised them?...they behave good when their demands are met...the moment ishita and raman doesn't bow down to their unnecessary demands they all start acting rude to them and comes to their senses only when they gets trapped in some mess

Police took raman and romi into custody then why not put sohail in jail too for breaking into bhalla house that too in their teen daughters room in the night ...isn't it a crime too?😕

I'm just happy seeing Raman atleast acting sane
he is not ready to believe sohail which is actually correct given the past experiences they had
father's like Raman do exist I have seen such dads in my life so I can kind of relate to him
they love their daughters dearly and want to protect them at any cost
I don't know but for me sohail has a very negative vibe
he is trying to emotionally trap ruhi
he got angry with her and the very next moment said sorry about it just to make her feel guilty
ishu surely should stop hiding stuff from Raman
thank god they dint have a major fight regarding this

I would like to thank Maya for opening this thread on my behalf...had a rough day yesterday ...as things have calmed down a bit ..I decided to post my comment here.

The Patch up

Raman was spot on, he identified that sohail is a shady person and has an agenda and his target is Ruhi. Yes he even told him that..but this is where I wished he didn't tell him face to face , hid it from him ..that he knows him...not personally , but is a fraud...coz now sohail will be on high alert...which we don't want. And it's high time Raman did a background check on sohail. Raman's reasoning was also right.

Ishita...after yesterday's episode...after ruhi opens up..I expected her to talk to ruhi today after the spice incident..and told her how much her papa loves her, and protective of her and it's very wrong to use that tone with him and respect him. I was disappointed there...between Raman scene and their dinner...there definitely was a time lapse. Though she had the right reasons but she should've informed Raman about Ruhi's visit.

Raman scene

I liked it...not all patch up scenes have to be over dramatic.. it can be simple and sweet..to me that's how the scene played. Yes ruhi was mad...yes teens are over dramatic...I liked the fact that Raman being the father made the move?.trust me..it's always the parents who make the first move...then the teen opens up...yes kids are loaded with ego. Teens do act as if they care 2 hoots for their dads..that's not the case at all...they care more...they panic ...the minute they see their dad suffering ...they are the first ones to run to help them. The basic idea is..they do care for their dad..they love them..mainly girls..no matter how estranged they are how much differences they have..they run to help their dad., that's what was shown today, Sometimes that's all it takes.

Yes Raman was emotional...and accepted that he is wrong for physically hurting him...and also apologized to her...I wish she reciprocated as well.

Ruhi

Is now guilty and emotionally vulnerable now...and sohail is making good use of it..on their convo, we saw a glimpse of sohail, who was mad..but calmed down..so that his cover is not exposed. Yes teens do have that tone when they are mad...I'm not saying it's right...but that's the fact...we have to be calm I mean really calm when dealing with them..teens are known and are hard wired to rebel. But what I liked was...she understood that she cannot work for him and tried to make him understand her situation..meaning she knows and well aware that her dad.

Sohail ...is a negative character. So far he's been the savior...but it's not gonna last longer.

Precap...every parents nightmare ...when they don't now the whereabouts of their child

And ruhi has lied now...she has broken ishita's trust...and ishita open your eyes now and make it very clear to her, that you are disappointed with her...and never expected this kind of behavior and now that she's broken her trust...she's gonna lay down rules...you don't have to raise your voice and create drama, or be rude, or be authoritative...but very firm.

Overall very good...

Not many will like this track...parents of teens who are currently undergoing or have undergone this ...can relate very well to this track. I wish they also focused on a Ruhi's education.

well missed today's epi and definitely raru milan was awesome in precap only so epi mein aur bhi aacha hoga.. raman oneliners🤣 police arrest raman romi and again sohail the saviour ka drama and emo bm😡 i feel what raman said to ishu is ryt as a father he should know ki uski beti kaha jati hai kisse milti hai...precap calls next drama

No problem and I am glad to see your post.

Today episode was good it highlighted Raman as a father.

The best thing I liked in today episode is Raman did not shout at Ishita in front of others like he always does he took the fight to their bedroom which is what I wanted to see from the starting of YHM. I am glad of this character change in Raman

KP and DT are awesome leads where KP portrayed Raman hurt when he came to know Ishita hid the matter from him without uttering a word and DT portrayed a helpless mother who was caught between a father and daughter. Kudos to their acting👏👏👏

Coming to the episode

I liked the naughty look Ishita had when she was adding chili powder to the sambhar. Raman explained to Ruhi that he is not happy with a boy coming into his daughter room and apologized I would have liked for Ruhi to apologize for her behavior.

What is with Bhalla almost every Tom,Dick and Harry walks into the house as if they own the house they have given a complaint they should in PS for the police to bring them in how the hell can Kirthi walk in Bhalla house and to top it off it was funny to see asking Sohail why did he get his complaint back when the beat him poor girl doesn't know about law yeah Raman/Romi would be punished for beating but Sohail would be in big trouble if Bhalla press charges on him he entered the house without permission in a minor girl room so he is acting as if he doesn't know about anything.

I liked Raman attitude where he said to Sohail face that he might be a good person but he doesn't like him and he doesn't want him near his daughter. I wish he had kept the doubt about Sohail to himself and investigated further now Sohail would be in high alert

I did not like when Ruhi said she would not do the concert. She is pursing this as a profession once you are signed your contract you have honor it you cannot back out just because your family doesn't like it. If her family doesn't like him then make it professional don't go meet him at house or take him to a coffee shop be strict about it and meet him only at the office and always have her manager with her and once the concert is done cut all ties with Sohail

Sohail is emotionally manipulating Ruhi by her weakness that is love of her parents.

Simmi Gaurav seems to be a okay guy so far.

IshRa talk in the room both were right and wrong. Ishita was right in saying to Raman that if she did not allow her then she would have lied and gone and seen him but she was wrong in not informing Raman that she gave permission to Ruhi or for that matter even tell to Ruhi that don't tell this to Raman. Raman was right in saying what does this communicate to Ruhi that it is okay to hide things from the father but he was wrong in saying that he can control her through psychical violence and anger it needs lots of patience to handle a teenager.

Precap: Every parents nightmare and double nightmare for IshRa as they have already lost Ruhi once. Ruhi broke Ishita trust I would want Ishita to show how Ruhi hurt her badly by breaking her trust. I don't want Ishita to manofy Ruhi sometimes you have to be a strict parent too.
