The case is already compromised if it reach actual court it will be thrown out in a jiffy. Nisha parents coming into IshRa house to demean Ishita will be enough for the case to be thrown out stating it was mistrail.

@ red...the case has no stand in the court of law..for the reasons you mentioned..ishita has never seen the victim, she's an unstable person, it's clear from the psychotic way she behaved, witness vidyut and the bhalla men, vidyuts restraining order, her medical reports, and Karen's at the bhallas cousins g her and name calling her...where will this happen?..anything to demean ishita. And as you pointed out..anil's hand written confession...where shagun oersonllat visited him, threaten him, kept his sister captive / threatened, kidnapped ishita..almost had her murdered..and she's running atone freely in the society..go figure...ofciurse it's for cvs Pyari laadli shagun...cvs are idiots..do the really think us dumb and stupid!..I guess so...
