Gaurav Wadhwa to play a shade of grey - Asian Age Article

Producer Ekta Kapoor has now roped in Gaurav Wadhwa to spice up the track in Ye hai Mohabbatein. The new entrant has been assigned the task of keeping the audience hooked with his grey act. Gaurav's character, Sohail, has been introduced to make the monotonous life of Ruhi Bhalla (played by Aditi Bhatia) happening. He will be instrumental in helping Ruhi get back to India from Australia and will also bail out Ishita (another character) from the jail. His put-up act of kindness will make Ruhi fall for him. Things get very bumpy when shades of his real character come out after few episodes. When contacted, Gaurav said, "I am really excited to portray the Sohail's character, as it has a positive body with a grey soul. He has a hidden purpose of taking revenge from the Bhalla family. The character's positivity starts fading away as the story goes forward. Being a part of a popular show like this gives me immense happiness."
