"Sweetheart.."
His melodious voice rang in her ears which helped her lips to curve into a beautiful smile and she responded "Hmm.." turning her head around to look at him. He was standing there with two mugs of steaming coffee.
"Coffee?" he asked forwading one to her.
Adoring at her caring husband, Ishita took it radiantly looking into his hazel eyes.
"Thank you so much Raman. You know you're the best!" she thanked happily as nothing could be more beautiful than to relish the old lovable memories with the loved ones on a rainy day and that too with the taste of coffee.
"It was my pleasure sweetheart." He replied back to her before planting a soft kiss over her forehead.
Standing together in the balcony with the pleasure of watching the droplets of water pouring down from the sky, they felt heavenly. Sliding his arms around her waist with the free hand while the other one was arrested with the mug, Raman asked, "What are you witnessing, Ish?"
Leaning more onto his chest with drawing her hands over his stomach, she replied with utmost serenity, "This rain." She snuggled more into him as she received his warmth, engulfing in him with her bare one arm. "You know Raman, I can never ever forget that the very best moment of my life lied in these raindrops. I feel extremely contented when my eyes roam over the fall of these tiny droplets which convey love in just a different way. They remind me of you..they remind me the union of our love."
She let him know what was she feeling right now. She wanted to make him aware that she enjoyed witnessing the rainfall as it reminded her of the day when Ishita & Raman had their first meet. It was special for her. She couldn't ignore the fact that their love had found them in this rain.
He grinned listening her. She sounded so pure like an angel. Her words, her talks touched his heart again like always. Her love for him was beyond limits that she didn't let this small fact go away from her mind. "Absolutely, Ish. This Rain Is The Symbol Of Our Love."
Sipping the coffee, Ishita asked curiously looking at him, "Do you remember Raman?"
"What sweetheart?" he asked as he parted his lips from the mug and questioned in a confusing manner.
"When we met each other for the first time." She answered with hope that he might not forget it so soon.
He responded pretending, "Hmm..I don't really remember, Ish. Help me then I can."
"Haww Ramannn..how can you? That's so rude. You forgot our union day?" Ishita's face took no time to curve into an angry one while parting away from him. A small cute pout filled with anger appeared as well giving Raman a chance to giggle at his cute innocent wife who always mesmerized him by giving such impressive expressions.
"Well, I really don't..I am sorry Ish." He acted suppressing his naughty smile.
"Your SORRY won't work!" she slightly hit him on his chest, throwing angry glare at his annoying reply. How can he forget that unforgettable moment when we became one? She thought in her mind.
Now he couldn't control anymore receiving her angry glare. He couldn't help but bursting his laughter leaving her stunned. He giggled glancing her most innocent face while she was looking at him with glaring eyes.
"Now..what's funny?" she asked in a stern voice, unable to catch that he was just pretending.
"Ish you're so cute, darling." He complemented her pulling her cheeks once he stopped giggling.
She didn't respond, making effort to understand what he really was saying.
Wounding his arms around her waist, he continued, "Ofcourse Ish, I do remember that day. Do you think I can forget that?" he questioned her that does she really think he can forget such special day of his life.
Smiling at him after contemplating, she nodded in no with moist eyes. "I believe you can never."
They shared an intense eye-lock which drove them to the day when they became IshRa.

"Excuse me." Ishita spoke as a car stopped infront of her eyes and the owner of the car slid down the window in order to see listen what was she saying to him.
"Yaa..." Raman's words trailed in his mouth when his eyes glanced at the beautiful lady. He was left absolutely stunned by the mesmerizing beauty asking something to him. She was looking so simple but elegent. Her long hair blowing with the wind pace, her almond shaped eyes with sharp nose and her perfect shaped lips, all was fascinating.
"Hey!" Ishita spoke tilting her head towards the window, noticing he was not responding to her anymore.
"Yeahhh..say how may I help you?" he responded as his trance broke down by her sweet voice ringing in his ears.
She replied innocently, "Can you please give me a lift? It's been raining and unfortunately I cannot find any means of transport since an hour. I've an urgent work within fifteen minutes, could you please drop me to my clinic?" she sounded almost pleading as request was dripping out from her tone and it felt she was in need.
Observing her while she bursted out her problem, Raman looked outside the window of his car; it was being a heavy rainfall and he rarely could find anything else except that lady who was asking for a lift to him in a secluded area. She looked decent by her attitude, moreover he had not such a heavy heart to deny her. She made him feel something different which he never felt. A different sensation ran down in his spines and automatically his head shook in positive making her smiled which was noticed by him.
"Oh, thank you so much." She thanked.
"Please get in." he smiled a bit and opened the gate of the car to let her in.
"Thank you so much again." She again muttered in a low voice, wearing her seat belt.
He looked at her. Her words, her angelic face..everything mesmerized him. How can someone be so beautiful? He thought.
"By the way, this is Ishita. Ishita Iyer." She introduced herself finding his eyes at her.
Gaining his composure, he replied back, "Raman."
They smiled at each other.
"So, where do you want to go?" he asked moving his gaze from her.
"MG Road, Batra's Clinic." She smilingly answered.
"Okay."
Soon, they were on the way.
"Thanks Raman. I don't know how to thank you. I could have missed my appointment if you weren't there. Thank you." She thanked as Raman dropped her over her clinic and they stood under the roof, to thank enough.
"It's alright Ishita."
"So, can we become friends? See, you've helped me..and I wish I can also be a source of help for you..and it is only friends who help in needy time." she forwaded her hand to shake with his proposing for to befriend.
He couldn't help smiling at her cute statement. He shook his hand with hers, nodding in agreement to start a friendship..little did they know, this name sake friendship will drive them to the path of Love.

"That day was special for both of us."
"Yeah, that was." She said opening her eyelids after relishing such a beautiful experience. Planting a gentle kiss over his cheek, she mumbled, "I love you Raman."
"I love you too Ish." He softly kissed on her hair and they enjoyed witnessing the dance of the rain with the amazing taste of coffee.
