Aliya already lived with mani and ishita who were not married and addresses them as appa and amma...so what new change will happen now?😲

shagun ke sath rehne se to acchhai hai...nahi to sadi kisise aur dore kisi aur pe dalegi...waise hi uske sath rehte usiki tarah boyfriend change kar chuki hai😆
