We already has Ishita who pokes her nose in everyone's matters, why do we need a junior version of her?? It's only increasing headache of viewers. Ruhi is 16-17 yet she is an illiterate but her family members mom,dad, brother, grandparents have never thought to send her to school. And this Ruhi is epic, she's behaving like she's finished her university studies and now honing her skills as an aspiring kitchen politician cum detective.

I think Ruhi is in home-schooling hence they dont show much about it! That is a possibility especially after what she has gone through and the fact that she is an artist hence they are times they just do home-schooling
