I know we all enjoying the lollipops and 11 pm types ISHRA scenes but one line got my attention and got me thinking so thought to give words to my mind.
So now I decode the secret of the puzzle why surrogacy was continued inspite of so many protests and that too with shagun. Obviously one obvious reason is AH
But the big one is that it supports the main theme of YHM.
Ishru was the main highlight of the show which showed nature vs nurture
the one line which was always emphasized was
"Sirf Janam dene se koi maa nahi banti , maa ka dil hona chahiye"
So u see this is this main outcome of the story and they want to convey this tagline to society .
It was valid till adi ruhi but if ISHITA got pregnant then the very base of the serial got disbalanced and the can't use the tagline so to keep that notion in the serial they did the miscarriage 1st then create surrogacy drama to bring one more kid and give that surrogate mother title to shagun to keep a comparing view between two lady in mother term.as this is one and only base of the show.who is best mother and what a motherly love is when one is not a mother physically.
So ISHITA is baanjh still in some way she herself accepted it ,so inshort surrogacy was the brilliant idea to keep ISHITA as baanjh and have ISHRA baby too and keep shagun in ISHRA life throughout their life.
Now pihu also comes in adi ruhi category for which the tagline wer used "sirf Janam dene se koi maa nahi banti"
How brilliantly cv put the line in between the goody goody dialogue so no one can question it.but I feel sorry for ISHITA she can't ever nurture a child from birth ,her wish can only complete through grand children I think.
