Read to page 5. So happy to have you back, Sri & loved lovrd everyone's discussion here so far!

I think I'll skip the last 3 episodes I missed and just watch today for the Ishita-Adi scene, RKB ka mini-return, and the oddly placed sisters scene.

Ishita is selfless and I appreciate that but like Raman's anger gets pushed too far...so does Ishita's selflessness (especially for Shagun). I am happy Adi made her realize while it is one thing not to screw over Shagun, one cannot forget the other casualties had she left again.

Maybe IshRa aren't the solution to be fair to Shagun but neither is going away.

Mani is not a bad person but Mani is what Raman is not. Mani does all that Raman never can do. And to me, Mani represents Raman's failure in building a trusting relationship with Ishita. Time and time again - we see Ishita opening up about realky important feelings to Amma, Simmi, Toshiji, Vandu, ACP, and Mani in various tracks. When the person who needs to hear her feelings and thoughts is Raman.

The two times Ishita really opened up about herself and her deep feelings to Raman was their 1st anniversary and C night. That's when she beared her soul to him but in most other tracks, Raman did not foster the relationship to have her open up to him while on the flip side he only reveals his true feelings to her.

And that is Raman's biggest failure and fear. He wants to be his spouses #1, and this insecurity stems from Shagun ditching him and making him feel he is useless as a husband, provider, and protector. Remember that scene in bhoot track he saw Ishita and ACP chatting? To me that stood out - bc he realizes he isn't the sole (and maybe even primary) confidant in his wife's life.

While everyone needs different people to confide in, for me a gage of a successful marriage is when the first person you turn to when hurt is your spouse. Sadly post leap Raman does more hurt so it makes sense as to why there is no trust or ability to communicate

Idk sorry for rambling...got carried away! 😆

Yes, I also felt that the pictures of Mani-Alia-Ishita looked more like a husband, wife and daughter. Then thought makers would have had that as an brilliant idea to make Ruhi believe that IshMani are married and misunderstand Ishita. But I guess, Ruhi just saw the Alia-Ishita photos and not the ones with Mani. So I never understood the need for those pictures in the first place. May be that they wanted it to be a suspense for all of us until the truth is revealed. 😆🤪

Yep IshRa will always look unbalanced so long as (1) Raman is unware of Ishita's core feelings or thought on a situation and (2) as only Raman "brings the chaos" for Ishita to clean.

Until the above 2 are addressed...which they never will be...IshRa will as a couple, outside of chemistry, look misfit.

They love each other given the other's flaws but their love doesn't equate to trust or respect always

Bang on krishy
Yes raman's anger and ishita jagatmaata nature are at extremes both should be toned down
Raman only confides in ishita to open up but ishita I Dnt knw y she doesn't do dat as u said those are d 2 situations wer she confided in Raman laid her heart out to him
I really wish Ek din aisa aaye jab Ishita will confide Raman instead of a 3rd party

Agree with you both krishy And poonam
There is always a communication gap between them Especially from ishita's side .
Pre leap there were many occasions that proved that Ishita has lack of trust on raman .She hide many things from him And he always hide that crap surragacy from her .that is bcoz of lack of communication .
Even post leap Ishu Shared her pain with Mani Not with raman .Maybe raman Might get fail in getting her trust or She might fail To Trust Him but Whatever it is , it always Leads to misunderstanding .Make raman insecure.
I just want them to pour there heart .I would love to see That scene in which ishita Break down in front of raman and their emotional talk as well .But no expectations from cvs .

@Bold very true poonam now it's confirmed that ishita wil not tell Raman wat his abuses n insults did to her & nor wil Raman realise by himself n moreover atleast there was a scene in d night were ishita said sorry to Raman for going away but till now there was no scene were Raman said sorry to ishita... Feeling very bad that they didn't show ishita standing for her respect.. Disappointing..

Yep and for me - more than physical intimacy, there is a different level of intimacy that comes with shared emotions and bearing your soul open. It links you to the very core of a human and you are privileged to be given those sensitive emotions. Raman became Ishita's in the truest of senses much much earlier than C

Now thanks to the way the leap happened - I don't Ishita will ever really share with Raman and so the unbalance will continue

Aah well put krishy..raman gave himself heart and soul long back but sadly all people focus on are his words. , yup very crude and cruel and he needs to explain and know what kind of pain that caused ishita. .but ..but...
He has never looked back or sought anyone else after finding her..heck even when he thought she was dead., he chose to close down rather than open up to anyone else. .once ishita was in his life. .no one..even his mother ...could take her place as his confidante. ..he actually saud this in the lift scene...the only one who could listen to him was gone..he wished then he was dead too...fact of raman after he became Ishita's. ..sadly ishita has always wanted to keep raman away from her problems ..it's a different type of love ...but then yup I too find that when one shares your deepest fears and worries is when you are truly intimate...
Blame the writing it does look skewed since a long time..and cvs continuing to use 3rd parties to mediate just ends up making it shallower. .
And no..I know many will say raman doesn't allow her to talk. ,that isn't fair. .for every time he rebuked her there have been many more where he has understood her better than anyone else and gone to extremes for her., he probably deserves a little piece of her heart once in a while too...
Just my take though. .no offense..
