Hmmm. I felt it was a very bad episode today.

Only the initial IshRa scene & the scene where Raman forcibly shuts Ruhi up and takes her away from the function are worth a mention. The precap looks even more heartwarming. It looks like Raman has been hit hard by Ruhi's decision and more precisely Ishita's readiness to leave the house, if that is the only way of getting Ruhi back.

The writers went overboard with the choice of words for Ruhi towards Ishita today. First it was Raman post leap, now Ruhi has been officially added to the butchering list. I guess "Bilkul apne baap par gayi hai" would be the justification from CVs for this insane and nonsense act of Ruhi.🤢

Seriously, What crap was that behaviour of Ruhi towards Ishita? It was really getting on to my nerves. I fail to understand, by making Ruhi utter those words, what social message are the makers trying to put across to the society? The message that the kids are entitled to talk in such a pathetic way without any respect to their parents, if something that they do for the welfare of their kids goes wrong? They can hurl abuses at parents like Ruhi did? Wow, Nayi soch it looks like👏👏
.
IMO, these words from Ruhi equally send wrong signals to the society as much as the harsh words from Raman did and the neck strangling act by Raman would do. So YHM has of late become a show which brings out the message how not to behave in a family and how bad a family should not be. Great going CVs.👍🏼

The way Ruhi spoke to Ishita overshadowed the emotional turmoil within Ruhi which was beautifully captured in the initial scene. Her self talk about how her aim to remain away from the family, hate them and take revenge from them is failing miserably & how she is rather getting closer to them each day, wanting to be with them and loving them as before, was so very beautiful & depicting the battle this kid is fighting from within. Then we get such craps. I just hope that the CVs don't come up with a justification that her resolve to hate them is shielding her love for them. That would be even more pathetic and absurd. Atleast in case of IshRa, everything is not out there in the front and there are lot of misunderstanding and complications. In case of Ruhi, all the misunderstandings looks to be unnecessary and really forced.

I agree that the kid has had a tortured life all these 7 years, she has been deprived of her real identity and her family. The parents and the family have equally suffered for that and are suffering mentally even now. They are ready to take all the shits thrown by her for the fact they did a major blunder 7 years back and love her the same. Despite so many insults, her parents and family are taking all possible efforts to heal her wounds, give her a safe & lovable family, get her to lead a normal life & win her trust again. There are many ways by which this process could have been made even beautiful :- What happened to the counselling the kid was supposed to attend? What happened to her education? Did they come up with atleast one scene where the parents have an open talk with the kid and figure out what she actually wants and what would make her happy? Naa, Nothing on that front. Property papers, fake family dramas, pathetic comedy in the name of family dinner and so on is what CVs can think of. It actually goes on to reflect the cheap mindset of the creative head and his team and the channel's quench for TRPs. What an out of the world nayi soch?

Thank god, atleast Raman remained assertive in asking Ruhi to shut up and not make a joke of the family in front of others and that they can go home and talk it out. And then back at home, Raman and everyone in the family were just crying listening to all the abuses Ruhi was hurling on Ishita. Raman was shown to be taken back only when Ishita said that she would leave the house for the sake of Ruhi. Otherwise everyone were in silent mode. Shagun and her so-called concern for Pihu did not appeal me. It only added to my irritation. This is where the major loophole in screenplay is. Now when there was a need for some one to speak up, no one speaks. But a kid speaks all absurd words to her mother, an unnecessary character gets to speak how she cares for Pihu. Hmmm.🥱🥱.

I really wanted someone to ask Ruhi from whom did she get to learn all those qualities that she is boasting of having in her? Her Shagun mumma or her Nidhi madam? 😳.Khair.

The other scenes and the did not get registered in my mind because of this crap.

Very disappointing episode indeed.

Agree Priya after Raman it was Ruhi now who is going to be butchered I didn't get her point at all today there is no justification for d way she behaved and hurling abuses at ishita and all are jst listening and can do nothing Adi tried to stop her she didn't give a damn and went on
Raman was devasted listening dat ishita will he def doesn't want her to leave him again
Precap is good
Shagun toh Bahut hi concerned dikne ki koshish kar Rahi thi but Mujhe voh Sab fake laga she was asking toshiji wether dat was d file or not doesn't she knw?? Y is she even asking toshiji??
Pata nahi kab tak Ishra ko apne bachon keliye pyaar ko proove Karna padega

Karthik, Was this show not intended to be a trendsetter in breaking this notion in the society? What is the USP of the show then ? I fail to understand.

The point is no mother, be it a step mother or a real mother, rather no parents can be treated this way by a child. I understand that all these are forced to make Ruhi and Raman cry buckets when Ishita is kidnapped. TRP hunger I know. But then there needs to be a line drawn. The makers cannot let go off their social responsibility for the mere sake of TRPs. Just my POV. No offence.

Looks like makers have showed their kamal again

I'm gonna catch up the last 2 episodes & skip today except the IshRa scene.

From the precap and OLVs, I honestly hope they give justice to Raman's POV bc if they do that then Ishita will be elevated as he will start to address how she was wronged.

Very well written, Priya

I'm honestly disappointed but not surprised that they took Ruhi's real suffering and morphed it into this. Can you believe the CVs managed to deflect all of Ruhi's physical/emotional/psychological torture bc making her look stupid and impulsive as a means to hurt Ishita and spark more status quo change?

Idk it's sad - bc with Raman we were used to it...but Ruhi

They could've put an ounce more effort in making Ruhi's anger and outburst today justified...bc she has reasons to hate/be disappointed in Raman & Ishita but they don't use that & rather use forced stupid MUs for drama 🤔
