Shagun is a non avoidable person in yHM now, we can't escape the horror of seeing her as cv put her in between either ishra scene or some other important scene.
So we can only ignore her or consider her as a third person coz for RAMAN she is a NO-ONE other than pihu ki mumma cum aaya.

RAMAN toh will go to ISHITA to share his award and tease her also that will be bliss to watch.
