Shaadi will definitely not happen. It is my gut feeling. I have a inkling that Adi is going to use a legal weapon against the marriage. May be 7 years of separation is not complete ( may be some days, or months more to complete 7 years) and they have seen Ishita in all her sense being alive within 7 years. As the legally wedded wife is now alive, they need to go through a divorce process to remarry again. Adi might think of using this time to bring IshRA together.

Since it is a legal angle, and shagun has always failed in legal battles, she will not risk herself this time. She will agree to stop the marriage and in the mean time, continue to use Pihu as a trump card to keep IshRA separated, but she might not completely succeed because Nidhi's truth will be exposed by then and the whole family & IshRA will be involved together to find the truth about Ruhi. In this way, the Ishra MUs will be cleared (Both Ishita and Raman have to apologize for their actions and in particular Raman for all his abuses hurled at her), family reunion of Bhallas-Iyers, Raman-Romi will take place.

Pihu would slowly start to understand about shagun and she would get close to Ishita. Ruhi would realize Ishita's love. Raman would refuse to get divorced. Shagun will be back with Ashok in her real form shedding off her saintly avatar and would claim the custody of Pihu. / YHM Saga continues with Pihu's custody battle ( Can she claim Pihu??? Not sure, but there would be some twist...) Phewww. Can't think beyond this now.

Well, that was my two cents. Don't know if it made sense.

Possible but as per the post leap episode both the iyers and bhalla were seen performing barsi for ishita and ruhi...so it must be 7th death anniversary for ishru...and it means the 7 year of separation is already completed...but Cvs have amnesia so they can do anything and other option is they might use the fact that raman didn't got the official divorce which one need to remarry when a spouse is presumed dead..so adi might come up with this angle to stop the marriage.Lets see
