Sorry I need to ask since am not reading any written updates as well
So am confused with sharam wedding pics
Did cv use/ show any logic how come Raman can marry Shagun without divorcing Ishita
Or did I miss something
Or Ekta mayya nagri mein new rule - marriage without divorce

P. S not even reading updates after of Ishra face off

a person who is not found within 7 years will be persumed dead in eyes of law so raman can marry shagun without giving divorce to ishita

They showed that since ishra are leaving separately for 7 years so they are automatically divorced and no need to apply for it...so raman and ishita can marry anyone if they wishes to...The truth is Cvs don't need any logic to achieve their goal, they twist law for their own advantage..now they want to show sharam remarriage so they twisted the law in their favour because they know it will be difficult for them show ishra divorce process

But no marriage get automatically null and void just because a person is assumed dead...you have to file a petition for it to get a official divorce and remarry

no dear..i think it will automatically null the marriage as his spouse is missing for seven years, bas they have to file a petitoon in the court and the second marriage will be valid
