God knows what rules they follow in India . Moreover what rules they follow in Balaji land. But Ishita is not the kind to file custody. But Shagun may. But how?She is not married to Raman. And she is not her real mother either.So there are two options...to show Shagun her legal mother even if it for a day or two. This can only happen if Sharam get married. And then suddenly Raman BHalla realises his mistake and divorces her. Then Shagun files for custody. Raman marries Ishita to keep PIhu.Or Shagun can file for Pihu's adoption. If she adopts Pihu, then Raman can file for custody suit.Problem with CVs is...they have no guts to show full fledged Sharam. They know shop will close down. They only do it to divide fans and make them fight. And wehn TRP goes down, lollipops...saga continues...😕
@bold...do you think if sharam gets married xena will ever divorce raman?...Xena will never give divorce to raman this time if she gets married to him...so i don't think their marriage will happen...else as you said ..even trp aunties will not want forgive raman and will say ishita is better without this man.
One more possibility i am thinking is...whose name is written in birth certificate of pihu? if to hide ishita's identity raman made xena as the mother of pihu there too then it will be another reason xena can file for custody. I hope raman didn't denied ishita this much right. Lets see
I'm curious to know whose name is written on the birth certificate ..shagun or ishita.. If shagun, thrn I have no words for Raman ... Hope that's not the case.
I hope he atleast recognized her on paper .
