There is no point in blaming ishita...truly speaking what is ishita's relation with pihu? Ok...biologically she may be ishita's...but did she have any choice in thiz? It was a stupid decision by crazy raman...when ishita had been very content with her family life...it was raman's adamancy for a surrogate child...that too a child from her sautan's womb..which no woman can bear...but still ishita who loved raman too much..adapted to this and started waiting for the child
The stupid thing is that what motherly feeling she gets out of it..other than constantly reminding her of her infertility and the pain that she has to depend on her husband's first wife for a child.
So it was raman's responsibility to make her feel otherwise..to make her feel that shagun is just a womb donor and it is actually ishra child...
But what he did...at the first instance he got angry with ishita..he called her infertile and not worth to become even a step mother...wonder if she stayed with him..how often she would have to hear this...
To get a mother's feel for her child..either she should have felt the child in her womb ir she should have been given an opportunity to rear the child thus forming a dil ka rishta...ishita was denied both these with pihu...if the former is due to fate..the later by her arrogant husband...
So in this sense...ruhi is more her daughter than pihu...and so when she had been accused of killing her daughter..no woman could bear the pain...
And what could ishita do for pihu at that time...only shagun could do the necessary nursing for the child at that stage...
So all combined with her uselessness and bad luck ascertained by her husband...and the guilty feeling..no one could remain unaffected..
I feel ishita had gone thru serious heart breaks, lost all her dear and near ones..and the greatest betrayal seemed to be from her husband whose so called undying love for her vanished at the first occurance of a crisis in their life..
And living with mani...she never betrayed raman..and their marriage...just took the support of a helping hand to continue with her life..if raman had little sense he should know that ishita was never shagun and will never shift her love from one man to another that easily...
So the greatest punishment to raman should be ishita accepting shagun as pihu's mother and handing over all her rights to pihu..along with a divorce to raman to continue his life with the mother of his 3 children...and decide to leave for australia.
Let hiim go back and beg her apology for all the mean words...he should try very hard...if he is not willing ..then he deserves shagun only...because he has crossed all limits in abusing his wife who has time and again stood by him and even put her life often in danger to save his family...
