Why must female leads be glorified?

getting the male lead to mouth filthy dialogues, getting him to insult the woman ... bark at any and everybody ... giving no justice to his emotions ... wow 👏

to add to that, he's made to romance the woman and go to work

Why can't Indian TV show a man have a role at home ... why does he need to be so massively sidelined? 😕
