Emotional update dear.
Hope Ruhi knows what exactly happened on that night soon.
Atleast in this story we can hope Ruhi punishes Raman for pushing Ishita to that step.

Dear if it was ashok why he will address ruhi as madam, he is a random guy hired by ruhi to keep eye on Raman and acp and others.

Ruhi also instructed him to take ashok name if he was caught spying on them, see just see the last pargh
