So this is a sarcasm/humour post please take it in that spirit..😛
So what was the whole point of the build up and the subsequent 'meeting' of IshRa in the lift?
Because as things stand today, there seems to be no mention of those night's events in the self talk, mind, action of any character, nor in the script going forward from the olvs..
So what was one of the most poignant scenes in tune current track till now seems to have been forgotten by everyone in the show who knew about it..😲
Raman opened his heart completely in that scene to the only person who mattered , Ishita, and she heard every word spoken that day ( I am assuming )..so what has come of it..?
Let's look at all the players in the scene and around it :
Raman : He had a crazy hangover the next morning, was in a strangers bed and house with a woman's bracelet in his hand...then...he scolded himself for drinking too much..then...nothing..then..he had a glass of water and ...wait for it..just coolly walked out.!
It was like a regular thing. .major hangover, strange house, strange room and a woman's bracelet..
That was the last time we see Raman bothering about the events that night.
Ok his son landed in jail a few hours later and his dead wife of 7 yrs suddenly was found alive etc etc ...but then hasn't enough water flown under the bridge after that..still no curiosity of what happened that night Mr bhalla?😕😲
Ishita : Now this whole scene was I was assuming to give ishita a peek into the mind and heart of the real raman bhalla after 7 yrs of seperation, and yes raman did say every damn thing in his heart in that drunk outpouring.
Ishita listened him out, gave a shoulder to cry on, brought him to her house, cried (a lot!), on his state and then decided she wanted to make a run for it , leaving him there..ok till here was still believable.
But after that...boom..😆.its as if that nights events disappeared from her memory ...😆😕
She has again been saying raman hates me, i am the reason for his problems, and better still yesterday she asked amma.. what happened why is there no smile on raman's face nowadays.?..really 😲..ouch.😕.woman you saw the man that night didn't you. .😕.
And yes raman has said a lot of nonsense to her post the face off. .but then he opened up completely to her that night..
Why don't we see ishita even re collecting the events of that night and replaying what raman said and for once even wonder about the contradiction. .😕
Better still , the ideal JKR would have given raman a lashing back saying you moron of a husband of mine..do you think I don't know what is behind all this anger..i heard you blabbering everything in that head and heart of yours in the night of the sangeet, so stop trying to play games...!😆
But no.. she cries everytime and then says I am at fault, and he hates me , he doesn't want me in his life...its as if her memory cells are wiped clean...duh..duh duh.🥱😕😆...i dunno what else to say...😆
Toshi : Now her role in the whole fiasco is still more strange. Okay, so she thought her son was having an affair, so she makes a guy follow his car to the woman's place and he does the needful and gives her the address of that woman.
Toshi becomes jagga jasoos and then goes to that house and who opens the door..surprise...her dead dil..ishita!😆
Ok. Till here its superb. But then, she talks to ishita, ishita talks to her ..they...wait for it...pour their heart out to each other .😉.But but but...
Neither of them mentions the huge elephant in the room..toshi never asks when did u meet raman, has he been coming to your house often.. what did u guys talk, discuss, why didn't he tell me he met you..nope nothing...😲😕
And neither does ishita ask ..mummyji how did you reach this place..ok maybe she guessed emraan gave the address..but phir bhi...no explanation of what transpired between raman and her...weird..😲
And then there were breadcrumbs like clues left all over. ..
Ishita calling mihika repeatedly. ..
Ishita signing the exit register at the hotel...etc etc etc..
What was the whole point of no one was going to remember anything. .
Mihir reaching the venue to pick up raman...and then kya hua. . What was the whole point of that scene. .😕😆
Shani reaching the same hotel for a meeting with nidhi...
Nidhi bumping into toshi...
All for nothing??...
So makes me wonder, what exactly were yhm cvs thinking when they wrote and executed this scene...
Option 1: Maybe some cv thought, its been long since we saw KP do a drunk scene.. so let's write a random scene for the track and let's just insert it ,anywhere. .😆
Option 2: We wrote this amazing scene, but it actually has no meaning in the future drama of raman the villain vs ishita the jagatmata that we have in mind. No problem , let's just show the scene anyways, public memory is short and yhm viewers have an even shorter memory. The moment villain vs JM starts they will comfortably forget such a scene existed and be busy building teams for WW3😆
Option 3 : Who cares dude, scripts for tv soaps are so dispensable, no one really care. Show something today and show something else tomorrow, people are so addicted they will still watch. And we will keep writing crap that once written is flung down garbage chutes, who will bother to go back and retrieve them...🤢😆

Option 4: CVs had a brilliant insight. They thought they'd let IshRa meet in unusual circumstances, with drunk Puttar obviously otherwise how would he spill the beans. Some dream romance, lots of hurt. Brilliant, brillant acting. Leave loopholes behind, so that Raman's search for the unknown lady begins. More hits and misses until final revelation. TRPs throughout the week. Then they shot the scene, and as usual, KP & DT nailed it. CVs rejoiced and drank through the night.
In the morning, they had no recollection whatsoever of what they wrote the previous day. And the actors do not interfere in the creative process. Nobody remembers, the story continues,except that the SP social media team got some brilliant IshRa captures to make new twitter posts 😆 😆

I Iike to go with the option that they all put options for scenes - throw them in a bag & draw them out one at a time...hence you get order. And to make this activity possible they consume some unknown, unobtainable to normal people (i.e. "Barking dogs," "fools," etc). substance. 😆
