how many kids does Ishita have?

There are Adi and Ruhi who call her Ishimaa.

There are Alia and Nirvaan who call her Ishita Amma.

There is Pihu who she is mother to.

Is there anyone else that I missed.

Jahan Ishita jaati hai wahaan bachche adopt karti hai.
