Guys as far as i know, when someone is hanged but do not die, his punishment has to be pardoned.Why this ekta kapoor is mocking the indian law and jurisdiction and people watching this crap and making her rich.

This is exactly what my mum said. If a person who is hanged and by God's mercy survives or literally alive is set free. He/ She can not be hanged again by law not only in lndia but in most countries.

Yes its true.. It has once happened in england when the rope was loose and the person did not die.and he could not be hanged again as the the punishment was already executed and it amounts to double jeopardy ie giving punishment twice for the same crime which is illegal..the officials must ensure that the punishment is executed properly and not criminal's responsibility.so then onwards in sentence letters "hanged till death" were introduced and now they can hang the person till he is completely dead.. So legally ishita can not be hanged as the punishment in hwr case is executed so she is free m not sure whether she can be tried again in court of law..
