Most saddest thing is I realize what he did to me in my childhood days is sexual harassment when I am doing my pg course in Coimbatore (at age 24) from childhood days itself I am in hostel up to my pg course ( ME)

When I am doing ME my roommates most of them are married and most of them are

Elder then me so when they talk about their marriage life only I have a chance to know what is

sexual harassment whenever they try to talk about that simply I ignore them and give some lame excuses and move from that place but my roommate sister (more than my friend to me) teach me everything what my amma failed to teach me

I don't know what my amma think about me if she is hesitate to teach me at least she has to inform my cousin sister to teach me right but still she doesn't teach me

When my parents ready to make me married more than happiness I have a fear about

Marriage life I don't know what to do and don't know whom I asked about it in between many

Marriage proposals came that time my sister who studied with me in Coimbatore (my roommate) came to my hometown to attend interview in nearby college so she stayed with me

In home and she know about me well so she tried to teach me

What is a marriage and what is the purpose?

So she asked me how baby would come.

I replied her immediately that we have to pray god then god will give baby immediately she hit her head with hand due to my innocent answer

Moreover you can asked me how would possible you are educated how would you don't know the basic

I accept I am educated but I am village girl

But my parents never allowed me to see romantic song or romantic scenes in tv still now

If I asked any doubt regarding marriage or anything related immediately they get

angry and

Said you are small kid not tried to talk about this ever

Still I remember when I am doing my BE final year my cousin sister is yet to delivered the baby

She is last month of delivery I asked her how baby would come outside before she answered

Me someone slap me hardly on my cheeks none other than my amma and scold me and said

Concentrate on your studies if you talk this rubbish again surely I punish you severely

In city they give freedom to both the boys and girls and allowed them to do what they

Want to do in their young age and allowed them to friendly with boys as well as girls

Make her married to then any cousin (even he is drunken or womanizer) by buried all her

Dreams and happiness because of their dignity and self respect and moreover their ego

In city you have so many facilities to learn what you wanted to know like internet and moreover be friendly parents and cousin brother and sisters to teach you

But in village it is not possible for girls but for boys it possible because they allowed to go

Outside whenever they want and allowed to use phone also

Best example is me

Do you know when I started using mobile phones and laptop when I am doing my ME do

You want to know why they allowed for my project work only they allowed

My phone is old model phone only I can call and message no memory card anything

If you want to use that old phone also you have to follow the following rules

- Never talk to anyone more than 10 minutes

- No night call ( both incoming and outgoing)

- You have to talk to your friends means you have to talk in front of parents only

- Before you going to attend the call you have to said them whom you talking

If you use laptop or computer means

- Every ten minutes someone is there to watch you what are you doing or searching

You have to do what they are asked to do only they accepted you are good girl otherwise no one

save you from tortures they given
