Vivek is a great actor- divyanka tripathi-DT NT Pg7 - Page 10

Let's just be honest with ourselves, Vivek is about 8-9 months old in YHM yet he's failed to make a mark as an actor. All the attention he has got so far is due to off-screen matters (previously link-up rumors and now his relationship with). That says a lot about him as an actor. Also justifies the criticism he's been receiving for his acting. Plus his past record as an actor suffices the criticism further.

Dt has always been a very hyper person and now she is over excited about her fiance. I just hope she start to keep things away from social media.

He was a model, successful or not I don't know. But models have certain age limit (20-35). After that they need to look for other opportunities. Guess that's why he decided to be an actor 2-3 years ago. He is not the first or last one to think like that though. Many models switch to acting to have a better, secured and extended career.

Well some of them were saying a while back... there was nepotism in ACP been given unnecessary importance in the show unlike Shagun.. may be its time to introspect their earlier stance ..

First things hppd behind the back.. now they are happening in front of all.. What ever... looks like hone waali patni apne pati ki future secure karne ke liye tuli huyi hai...

if you want to be successful in this industry, then you have to start young, preferably in the early 20's. which is why many tv stars did not study beyond high school, which is fine because you actually don't need to be highly educated to be an actor.

Had such a long day and terrible day tbh but this cheered me up 😊 😆

N to be honest I do want to stay away from this forum because there is so much negativity it's unbelievable.

Just cos DT and KP(Ishita and Raman) are not together in real life, their respective partners are hated. Grow up and get real.

@Blue: That's what you exactly did IN THE FIRST PLACE. Moral police. You read differing opinions of forum members you started to bitch about them in general tagging them as "ungrateful" forgetting your own lecture that "everyone is entitled to his/her opinion".

@Black: Couldn't understand the head or tail of it! LOL. Typo I guess.

@Green: This time no member bashed DT or VD as to why DT didn't choose KP coz its out of the possibility now as he's married which happened last time. No one made morphed pics of KP-DT using Divek's engagement pics which again happened abundantly last time, even DT liked those edits. I don't know how would she have reacted this time though! Having said that, nothing is like previous time. People are only talking about the things that have been brought upon by the actors themselves. As I said you don't know anything but started to preach as your knowledge is limited to IF only. Many of DT's friends cum fans didn't like the way she handled the situation, the way she manipulated them to go all out against the supposed "haters" who were actually telling the truth all along, these friends cum fans (including one of DT's best friend) who had supported, nursed and took care of her through thick and thin felt betrayed by her lying and stopped all sorts of communication with her. So when you don't know the actual thing, it's silly to give lecture others who know the real picture.

And, this thread was about Vivek's acting ability and the discussion about it as DT termed him a "great actor"..."born to act" etc etc. As fans as viewers our opinions matter the most, whether you or the actors like it or not. But people like you had to mix up all other things on a unrelated thred as you can't resist yourself to make it a topic for all the sensational issues as you know by doing so a thread will be closed down and that's what you want. Apply some common sense first before broaching unrelated topic next time.

Honestly don't care for any of the off screen crap of any of the cast members of this show...

But DT is free to voice her opinion and she should provide him with moral support as he is her to be life partner. Nothing wrong there

He is no doubt attractive, however after watching YHM - he has not impressed me personally acting wise compared to like AG, who we have seen GROW over the course of the show.

To give him the benefit of the doubt, his character lacks any dimension whatsoever, but that doesn't mean he does not have a lot of room to grow in the profession.

The reason I like a majority of the core cast of YHM and can call myself a fan is strictly bc of their poweress of their profession.

So no knock on DT bc I too would support my fianc, but likely in a very different approach. But it is just VD just has a ways to go to meet the caliber of a majority of the rest of the cast & maybe he will grow in the future.

@K13: Nicely put. But I won't call it supporting, rather unwanted promotion boasting something that's not quite there and that won't go down well with the fans...naturally. Because the reporters didn't ask her about his acting caliber or her opinion about him as an actor, The reporter asked her some personal questions, in return she replied with superlatives about his acting caliber, multiple times. It looks forced and out of place. ( I read the full news iv and its being shared on pg 6 in this thread)

I haven't read the article & even if I did, I don't feel comfortable commenting in defense or against her intentions bc I don't know her outside of speculation.

Objectively, yes she could tighten her PR but it's her life & her decisions to end up living with.

Idk I hope I don't sound all high & mighty but I honestly can't get myself to really bother about them off screen bc none of us know these actors. All these actors are adults and can make their own decisions knowing what could happen given the nature of their relationship with media/public. They set and cross privacy boundaries knowing this so why should I bang my head? 😆
