One thing for sure they have never shown the REAL law and REAL outcome of anything. One example, may be Raman took the complaint back, but Raman never lodged the compliant, it was police who caught the culprit who named Ashok and Sarika, and Raman had no right to take anything back as it is states responsibility to punish the culprit, even if the family forgive the culprit, the law has its own rule to follow, bail yes , but no acquittal .
This track is way better then Bhoot track no doubt but there are so many loop holes in this one as well, but lets not go there as its a FICTIONAL show.

di u r right
It's a fictional show
And here I m not talking about loop holes or mistakes
I m talking about reality
About sarika and ishita false case
And this happens in reality also

And in real also
Criminals never get punishment for their crimes if they r strong
Girls misuse the law against their in laws
So this is reality

In real life criminals do get punished... That's why there are courts and laws... And through this they are motivating married women to misuse laws... And If a child is kidnapped... Than in real life police complaints are made... People like Romi do get punished... Laws are not 100% but they are not 0 also...

excuse me but you've totally misunderstood the concept of a Joint Family. Joint Family means living together under a single roof. Meeting once every week or a month or on special occasions is called a get-together & not a joint family.

If married couple hAve space and privacy which they didn't get in joint family, ishra are big example 😆

sorry but I have no trust on Indian law
Here people get punishment from lower court
Then they go to high court
Then supreme court
Kahi na kahi se to unki saja kam ho hi jati h
If court death sentence as punishment
Then that person go to president with mercy appeal
Here if someone has proof then he is innocent
If he has no proof then he is culprit
Here people can buy court decision with money

I too understand money power... Bt atleast 50% plus criminals do get punished... And many get life time sentence...

Bt I want to ask one question... In one of the thread you were saying... That... You don't believe in revenge... Criminal should be punished by law... And now you are saying... You don't believe in law...

You don't believe in laws... You don't believe in revenge... Than acc. To you all criminals are roaming free...

@samrash27
I knew that u will definetly ask me this question
Any way that time I said I don't believe in revenge
And now I said I don't believe in Indian law
Because according to me Indian law never give suitable punishment to criminals
For example Delhi rape case
That so called nabalik boy also did that sin
He also destroyed that girl
He also killed that girl
But court didn't give him any punishment because he was nabalik
And now he is balik
But court didn't give any punishment to him till now
Do u think it is right
He is not any powerful man
Do u think Indian law is right about it

I m not sure... Bt I think that crime was done by 5 persons... And all 4 get the deserve punishment... And yaa coming to that naabalik... This is written in our laws... All laws are not 100% correct... Bt now law makers had realised their mistakes... And they are planning to make 16 as the naabalik age... No doubt was said... But court also follow law... Let's hope soon 16 will be declared as age where criminal get punished...

But still I will say 50% plus criminals do get punished... And yhm is giving wring info about laws to innocent village people...
