I am not a writer but Pooja Di aka Divanru told me once to write something & Raksha Di aks Cutieruhi told me to post it. So I tried my level best to write this.

IshRa OS : Sawan Barse

Late night in Delhi it was raining heavily. Raman was going home from office & suddenly his car broke down in middle of the road he was hell annoyed. So he dialed Mihir's number his brother cum friend cum loyal employee .
Raman - Hello Mihir
Mihir(in sleepy voice) - Hello.. who is it?
Raman - Tera baap, he roared.
Mihir - Oh Bhai. Itno late kyo call kiya. He glanced at clock & it was 12 o' clock.
Raman - Are yar tu sawal puchhna bandh kar aur mere liye ek car ka intjam kar. This time he calmly spoke.
Mihir - Are you kidding me Bhai! Rat ke barah baje mai aap ke liye car kaha se lau!
Raman - Yaar my car broke down & it's raining out side . Without car How can I go home. You know I hate rain.
Mihir - Bhai please adjust na. I am too sleepy right now.
Raman - Ok chal rakh. Tuje to mai kal delhta hoo.
& Raman annoying step out from his car. But little did he know that this rain will definitely change his life from now on.

Raman was walikng on the road having annoying expression on his face but suddenly his expression changed. & reason of this change would change his whole life.

Raman saw a girl dancing in the rain like a child. He found her so cute who is dancing in rain do freely. Their was no worry on her face. She was so content & happy & these made Raman smile also. Unknowingly he was also smiling. He stared to walk towards her. He was so near to her but he did not notice their intimacy. Girl noticed some one's presence behind her so she turned in jiffy & because of wet road she sleeped. She was about to fall backwards & it made her shout out of fear. Her voice broke Raman's trance. He came out of his dreamland & in nick of time hold the girl from her waist. She open her eyes & found herself safe in his strong arms. Raman again lost in her divine beauty. Her hairs were spread all over her face . Raman tuck a lock of hair behind her ear. She was felling uncomfortable

So she struggled to free herself from this strangers arm. This broke Raman's trance & he free her and turn around embarrassed.
She told him thanks & turned around to leave. But Raman wanted to talk her further to he asked her.
Raman - Hey whats your name? & What are you doing here at this late hour?
Girl - I am Ishita. I am living in hostel nearby. I love rain. So came here to enjoy rain.
Raman - Ohh You silly Girl! Don't You know Delhi is not safe for girls at this odd hours. Come I will drop you.
Ishita - No, it's ok sir. I will go by myself. My hostel is nearby.
Raman did not know why but he feel protective towards her & he did not want to leave her alone in heavy rain. So he again said her.
Raman - Don't call me sir. I am Raman Bhalla. Call me Raman. My car broke down here. So I am going by walk. Come I will drop you to your hostel.
Ishita - It's not needed sir. I mean Raman. I can go myself.
Raman - No I insist. Let's go.

& There they start their first journey together as strangers.

Raman drop her to her hostel, bid a good bye & proceed towards his home. Though his heard did not want to part from her. & Ishita's state was not less. Both were feeling some strange kind of attachment. But they did not want to name it.

Soon Raman reached his home. & drop himself in bed. In Ishita's thought sleep over power him & he sleep in to deep slumber.

When he woke up in the morning he remembered last night's incident & he was different kind of happiness wich was visible on his smiling face. He got ready & reached his office.

In Raman's cabin

Raman's eyes were on his laptop but his mind was occupied by only Ishita's thoughts. Mihir entered his cabin & found him lost somewhere else. So to gain his attention Mihir cleared his throat. But there was no change in Raman's posture. So this time Mihir shook him & called him loudly.

Mihir - Bhaai!..
Raman - Haa kya hai be! Chilla kyo raha hai . Behra nahi hoo mai.
Mihir - Kaha khoe hue ho Bhai. Kab se bula raha hoo mai.
Raman - Ha... wo.. kuch nahi . Tu bata tu yanha kyo aaya tha.
Mihir - Ha wo Bhai mai yeh batane aaya tha ki aap har month hospital mai Toshi Aunty ke naam par donation dete hona uss hospital se ek invitation card aaya tha. Koi function hai & aap ko Chief Guest ki tarha invite kiya hai..
Raman - You know na Mihir I don't like this type of function. I don't donate my money to show off.
Mihir - But bhai Head of the Hospital personally came yesterday to invite you. You were in meeting so he gave this card to me. I forget to give you yesterday. You should go Bhai. Function is day after tomorrow.
Raman - Ok. I will go.
Mihir - Achcha Bhai. Tell me one thing.
Raman lifted his eyebrows as if asing what
Mihir - Where were you lost. Mere hone wali Bhabhi ke khayalo me.
Raman blushed a little which did not go unnoticed by Mihir but composed himself & said
Raman - Bhabhi ke chamche bhag yanha se warna chhodunga nahi aaj.
Mihir - Who is that lucky girl you made the mighty RKB blush.
Raman - Tu jata hai ki ek lagau he said lifting his hand to beat him. & Mihir ran away from there leaving behind a blushing Raman. But Mihir piped in from door & again asked
Mihir - At least tell me her name Bhai.
Raman - (Glaring at him) Tu abhi gaya nahi.
Mihir - Yeah yeah . I am going.
Then Mihir went but Raman was amused with his own behaviour. He himself did not know what is happening to him. Why was he thinking about Ishita & much more questions which answers he himself did not know.

At the other hand Ishita was feeling same. She was lost in her dreams about Raman when her professor asked her to stand up. She was brilliant student but her this behaviour was not good in class so professor told her to leave the class. Her friend Mihika shook her & she came out her dream land & leave the class embarrassed.

At the lunch time in canteen

Mihika - Ishu, where were you lost in class? Some new boyfriend.
Ishita - What rubbish Mihku! Nothing like that.
She was blushing when she was talking.& Mihika saw this.
Mihika - Don't hide things from me when you can't.
Ishita - Nothing like that Mihku. It's just I did not sleep well yesterday.
Mihika - Ok don't tell me. After all who am to You. Nothing na. It's ok don't tell me ( in her typical dramatic tone)
Ishita - Oh Mihku stop you drama.
Mihika - Then tell me.
Ishita - Ok listen. & she told her everything about Raman
Mihika - OMG Raman Bhalla.
The RKB . Do you like him ?
Ishita - Don't know. But I am feeling strange. I feel some connection with him.
Mihika - You know what he is the cheif guest for our upcoming function.
Ishita- (Shocked & excited at the same time ) What !
Mihika - Yes he is the one. Now you will get a chance to meet him again
Ishita - No I am not going to perform then.
Mihika - What no. It is great chance let's go for practise.

Next night after both met.
It was again raining. Both were feeling restless. They did not meet after that night & they wanted to see each other again but did not know how. So both proceed to the place when they first met.

Sawan barse tarse dil kyon naa nikale ghar se dil
Barkha me bhee dil pyasa hai, yeh pyar nahee toh kya hai
Dekho kaise bekarar hain bhare bajar me
Yar yek yar key intjar me

Ishita was sitting on bench. One hour passed . She was waiting for Raman but he did not came . She was disappointed & going back to her hostel when two boys came & started following her. She was horrified & started to walk fast. In jiffy she did not notice a car was coming towrds her. Car hit her & it was none other than Raman. He also came to meet her only & when he saw two boys were following her his blood boils. He came out of car & beat those boys black & blue. Ishita saw him & was so happy & afraid too. So when Raman was free after beating those boys. Ishita ran to him & huged him tight. Raman also influence her in his strong arm.& let her cry because she was shivering out of fear.
Then he pulled himself back from hug cupped her face & said

Raman - Relax they are gone. Don't worry. I am here.
But she again hugged him & said between her tears.
Ishita - I was so afriad. They were coming behind me.
Raman - Reality hit him & he said this time with anger. What were you doing here in this late night. Again enjoying this bloody rain.
She nodded her head left to right indicating no.
Raman - Then what?
Ishita - I was waiting for You. She said it very cutely.
Raman - chuckled at her & this time asked softly. Waiting for me! Why?
Ishita - Because I want to meet you.
Raman - But how do you know that I will come here ?
Ishita - I don't knkw but my heart was telling me that you will come.
Raman - It is raining. You will catch cold. Sit in my car I will drop you.
Ishita sat in passenger seat & Raman drove to her hostel.
Ishita saw a Bhutta seller because it is not late as last night.
Ishita - Raman stop the car. I want to have it . Pointing towards Bhutta Seller.
Raman saw her dhe was so excited that he could not denied her demad.

He stop the car & Ishita ran towards seller. She told him.
Ishita - Bhaiya! Do garma garam bhutta dijiye.
Raman - No Ishita . I don't want . You have it.
Ishita - Why not. It's too yummy . & moreover it's raining. Barish me bhutta khane ka majaa hi alag hai.
Raman - I hate rain.
Ishita took two bhutta from seller & ran from there to stan under the tree.Raman paid for it & walked to Ishita. He saw her antics & chuckled to himself.
Ishita - So you hate rain. Then why are you here with me in this heavy rain.
Raman was shocked wigh her sudden question & fumbeled with words.
Raman - Aaa. ... woh mai bas aise hi...
Ishita smiled at him an again said.
Ishita - You wanted to meet me...
Raman was again shocked but he want to tell tell truth.
Raman - I was missing you.
Ishita - Really.
Raman - Yeah.
Raman came near her & tucked her hair behind her ear. Ishita blushed at his gesture. He was lost in her beautiful eye. But a car passed by them & it's horn broke their trance.

Raman - Let's go. It's getting late.
Ishita - Yeah.
They both sat in car. & Raman drove to her hostel . The journey was silent. Both were very embarrassed to face each other because of their behaviour.
At her hostel
Raman - Ok Bye. Good Night. & kissed her forehead lovingly. First Ishita was startled with his sudden actin but smiled a little & said
Ishita - Bye.
Raman - Take Care.
Ishita was going but she did not want to apart from him.
She went back to him kissed on his cheek & said
Ishita - Good Night. & ran from there without glancing back & him.
Raman blushed at her sudden gesture & mumbled to himself
Ramam - Pagal Ladki.

& Again they both slept with each others thought.

Next day went in jiffy. Raman was busy in his office & Ishita in her practise of performance. Whole office noticed some change in mighty RKB. His employees found him smiling to himself many times in day but no one dared to ask him. Ishita was also lost in Raman's thought& Mihika teased her a lot.

Next day was function day.
Ishita was hell nervous because she was going to perform infront of Raman. But did not know that he was going to same hospital in which Ishita was studding as intern.
At evening function started. Raman was sitting with Head of Hospital. Though he had no interest in this function. His whole mind was occupied by Ishita's thought. Then anchor announced that.
Anchor - So the next performer is Miss Ishita Iyer. Our brilliant student from final year.
& the name Ishita caught Raman's attention. He was least expected her in this function. & here she was clad in blue Bharatnataym dress. She performed on some classical song. Raman thought it was his hallucination. He rubbed his eyes many time. But it was not his hallucination. She was there infront of him. & His happiness knew no bound seeing her there.
Later anchor announced winners & Ishita was the one who received prise from Cheaf guest means her dream man Raman. She was on cloud nine.

She was blushing profusely prise from him which did not go unnoticed by Raman. Raman wanted to go behind her & talk to her but Head of Hospital took him with him for dinner. Raman was searching her throughout the hall. & there she came & blue Kanjivaram sari. Raman was lost in her beauty. Ishita also wanted to meet him but her friends were not leaving her & teasing her because Raman was just staring at her. After lots of pleading her friends leave her & she went to Raman. But Raman was lost in her. She wave her hands in front of him & Raman came out from his dreams.

Ishita - Umm Hii..
Raman - Hii.
Ishita - Where were you lost?
Raman - In You ( Very slowly only audible to him)
Ishita - Did you said something.
Raman - No.
But little did he know Ishita heard it & blushed a little at his words.
Raman - Come with me. I will drop you.
Ishita - No. Don't worry. I will go with my friends.
Raman - Plesae for me.
Ishita - Ok. Let's go

He drove to her hostel.
He wanted to ask for her phone number but he had no courage to ask from her.
When she was about to go. He said
Raman - Ishita wait.
Ishita - What?
Raman - Umm ... actually...will give me your number.?
Ishita - what . She was shocked at his sudden question.
Raman - No problem if you don't want to.
Ishita - Nothing like that.
& they exchanged their numbers.

Next day Raman' s cabin

Raman was sitting in his cabin staring at his laptop. Actually he was staring at Ishita's photo from last night's function.
At that time Mihir came to his cabin & found him lost somewhere. He peeped in his laptop and saw he was staring at girl's photo.
Mihir aked him
Mihir - Beautiful hai na..
Raman - Bahot.
Mihir giggled at his reply & his expression. This break Raman's chain of thoughts. He composed himself closed his laptop & said.
Raman - Kya hai be. Dikhta nahi mai kaam kar raha hoo...
Mihir - Wo to dikh hi raha hai bhai. & again giggled.
Raman blushed at him composed himself.
Mihir - Ab to iss ladki se milna hi padega...Chehra to dekho Bhai kaise tamatar ki tarha laal ho gaya hai.
Raman - Tu jaa yanha se warna tera chehra laal kar dunga.
Mihir - Ok mai bas meeting ke bare me batane aaya tha lunch meeting cancel ho gai hai.
After some time Mihur asked him
Mihir - Achcha Bhai aap muje kab milwa rahe ho?
Raman - Tuje kis se milna hai?
Mihir - Apni hone wali Bhabhi se.. & Mihir ran with there without listening his answer.

Raman was in deep thoughts. He wanted to talk to Ishita but had not courage to dial her number.
After very fight between his heart & mind he dialed her number & talked to her.

Now it was their daily routine to talk on phone for late nights. They became friends in last 6 months. But they did not dare to cross their limit of friendship & share about their feelings.
After much battle between hear & mind once Raman said on phone
Raman - Ishita kal kya free ho?
Ishita - Haa kyo ?
Raman - Kya mere saath dinner par chalogi ?
Ishita - Date ke liye puchh rahe ho ? She asked blushing
Raman was shocked to her bold question but noticed she was blushing
Raman - Tumhe kya lagta hai ?
Ishita - Muje to aisa hi lagta hai.
Raman - Ok to Ishita mere saath date par chalogi?
Ishita - Ramannn
Raman - Ab kya hua?
Ishita - Aise koi puchht hai kya ?
Raman - To kaise puchhte hai ?
Ishita - Kuch nahi.
Raman - Ok to kal milte hai. Bye
Ishita - Bye.

Next evening.
It was Season of winter though it was raining heavily.

Raman was gone to buy a ring for Ishita after all he was going to propose her today. But yeh bin masam barsat. Raman was late because of Rain. He was glancing at his wathch now & then. He was in so kuch hurry to meet her

Yek mohabbat kaa divana dhundhata sa fire
Koyee chahat kaa najarana dilruba key liye
Chhamachham chale pagal pawan aaye maja bheege balam
Bhige balam fisle kadam barakha bahar me

& Ishita was impatiently waiting for him in Restaurant booked by him & glancing at door now & then.

Ek hasina idhar dekho kaisee bechain hai
Raste par lage kaise usake do nain hai
Sach puchhiye toh mere yar, dono key dil beikhtiyar
Beikhtiyar hain pahalee bar pahalee bahar me

& There he came.

He was surprised to see her in black floor length dress. She was looking breath taking.

As there was raining he changed his plan a little & took her to roof top for their dinner. He ordered all Vegetarian dish for them.

He like a truly gentleman pulled a chair for her & made her comfortable. Then their dinner arrived. They ate silently. & at last keened down in front of her & said.
Raman - Ek Tamanna Thi Jo Hasrat Ban Gayi,
Kabhi Dosti Thi Ab Mohabbat Ban Gayi,
Kuch Is Tarha Shamil Hue Tum Zindagi Main Ki,
Tujhe Sochte Rehna Meri Aadat Ban Gayi.

I love You Ishita.
Tum meri jindgi me ek ajnabi ban kar aai phir hum dost bane...muje pata hi nahi chala kab tumse pyar ho gaya.
I love You . I realy love You.

& He took out a blue velve box fro his pocket. It had beautiful but elegant diamond ring in it. She forwarded her hand with tears in her eyes & Raman slipped ring in her ring finger.
She made him stand & huged him tight & said I love You too Raman...kitni der lagadi yeh kehne me...
Raman kissed her forehead lovingly & said
Raman - Achcha maine der kar di to tumne kyo nahi bola.
Ishita - Mai kaise bolti.
Raman - Jaise maine bola.
Ishita turned to go from there but Raman held her hand & said
Raman - Will you dance with me in rain? Forwarding his hand
Ishita put her hand on his & Raman took her in rain.
He put his left hand on her waist & with right hand hold her left hand & she put her right hand on his solder. & They dance on this beautiful song in beautiful rain & lost in each other.

Mohabbat barsa dena tu, sawan aaya hai
Tere aur mere milne ka, mausam aaya hai

Raman twirled her around & she hit
with his hard chest. Her hair fell on her face . Raman removed it & Kisses on her forehead & said
Raman - You are looking beautiful.
Ishita just blushed at his words.
Raman- You know pehle muje barish bilkul pasand nahi thi .
Ishita - Aur ab?
Raman - Ab muje barish bahot pasand hai.
Ishita - Kyo?
Raman - Kyonki tum isi barish ki wahah se mili.
Ishita - Barish bandh ho gai to aap muje chhod kar to nahi jaoege na. She asked innocently.
Raman smiled at her innocence & said
Raman - Kabhi nahi.
Ishita - Promise?
Raman - Pakka promise..
& he take her in bone crushing hug.

It was raining in winter so she was shivering from cold.
He took her inside the roof & drove coverd her with his jacket & drove to her hostel.

He bid her good bye. He was waiting for her to turn but she did not. When he was about to sit in his car She called him kissed on his cheek & ran away blushing hard.

Raman reached his home.& at that night both slept with the happiness in their heart & hope of bright future in their eyes.
