Hello people!! I don't know if you remember me for I have been invisible from this forum since ages now, more precisely when this show began to lose grip. I got preoccupied with other things and another show. But back to the topic, I watched this show almost since epi 1 and undoubtedly this show was a gem and I had never shied away from saying this openly. I still cannot forget the scene where Raman tells Ruhi that the man her Ishita aunty is marrying is no one else but her papa or when Ruhi scold the entire world for calling her Ishima a baanjh or the floor convo of IshRa when Amma's accident happened. What a beauty this show was. The last I remember watching an epi was the IshRa restraunt scene when Raman got his tooth removed for Ishu...I think it was adorable. But honestly six months down the line, I see this show, what has it come to? I so loathed the fact that it took a so called sacrificial Shagun's rants to make Ishita and Raman consummate but probably the current track has crossed all limits!!
So basically in the last two epis we are told that how Ishita, mark it, the same Ishita who was saying that "I dont need my own kid when I have Ruhi and Adi" and that "kids are not everything in a marriage" lecture to Raman, she actually planned all this crap with Shagun because Raman's life was in danger!! She actually cooked up this whole aatma story, acted like a super violent maniac and scared the living hell out of her family just because she was saving Raman and wanted to divert the attention of the killer in house?? 🤔 She abused her mom/mom-in-law, almost left them gasping for air, pleading for their lives because she wanted to save Raman!! She gave her husband sleepless nights, made him cry, made him feel guilty for tying her up or sending her to asylum, made her kids so hell scared and ashamed in front of their friends, insulted her family, flirted with her husband's ex boss in front of his colleagues, all this to save him Like Really???? So Ishita wants to save Raman but she gives a damn about what pain he is going through, what trauma his family is going through, how many times he has actually got injured while all this drama, or how scared/tensed/worried/guilty/depressed he has been all this while. She gives a damn about all this. Honestly if someone from my family did this to my brother I would wish to slap the woman hard in her face.
And to add even an inspector is helping these two crazy women in their utterly disgusting drama. That too when he could have easily provided 24*7 security to Raman or used his police force to reach the culprit. I wonder if the family members of all those high profile people who have threats to their life do an aatma drama !! And then Ishita jee also has the audacity to say that why my mom beleives in bhoot pret when she is educated 🤣 Woman you actually scared the living daylights out of her, you threw her here and there, you lifted her SIL in air and rotated him like a giant wheel(I dont know how she did it, may be she fed Raman monaco biscuits and he was feeling light, eeks bad joke!!😆), and then you blame your mom for believing in bhoot and all LMAO I feel hurt to even say that this woman was once an inspiration for many women who dont have their own kids or who who try to break stereotypes that a stepmom can be loving too. But alas thats all a past now! Ofcourse Raman will forgive her at the end (Ofcourse he too is not a doodh ka dhula so who gave him the right to not forgive someone else!!) but I wonder if the viewers who actually invested so many emotions in this couple would forgive her or not.
At the end I would just say that EK seriously needs some mental help because she has officially lost it or may be I wonder if she too starts acting like a processed mad woman if her dad or someone else in her family gets a life threat 😆😆 Because I practically haven't seen any person doing this. I don't know which part of India she is trying to portray but this doesn't happen in villages or cities. Yes we do have people (both educated and uneducated) who believe in supernatural energies because even science has never been able to completely deny the existence of an afterlife or supernatural powers and thats why you even see them in movies. But this doesn't mean Indians use this atma drama to scare people and their families and make a laughing stock out of them infront of the society. I am still trying hard to figure out in which part of my country this happens, which village city or even metro? Will tell you all when i am able to figure out, till then wishing EK a heartfelt "Get well soon". Hope she finds her missing brains before its too late.
