Its because of the two deviyan Ishita and Shagun. They are planning to save him by hurting him physically and emotionally.

On a serious note, He was hurt when a cracker burst in his hand and later grinding stone fell near him. But he didn't get hurt seriously only the fire cracker burn i guess.
